A housing unit with a separate entrance, 15 minutes drive from Ben Gurion Airport. The apartment is in the center of Modi'in, 7 minutes walk from Azrieli Mall and the train. Synagogues nearby, a shopping mall 300 meters away, and more. A very quiet, air-conditioned, and spacious place. You can get a hot plate and platter for Shabbat and more... There is a gas system for heating water (does not operate on Saturday) and also a solar water heater. For those who come with an electric vehicle, there is also a charger for an electric vehicle.
