The holiday home “Dorfperle” was newly built in 2023 and stylishly furnished especially for you as holiday guests. This great accommodation offers plenty of space and privacy for the whole family. There are two separate apartments, each almost 100m². Each apartment has a large bedroom and 2 guest or children's rooms, a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and washer-dryer, living room with a large couch and of course a fully equipped kitchen and large dining table.

You'll have a great time at this ground-floor place to stay if you enjoy hiking or cycling and are looking for beautiful landscapes or leisure activities on the water. Hiking or biking trails practically start in < 100m from the apartment. The Bostalsee is also only 10 km away. Our modern leather bed with a new firm mattress is a low double bed of 140 cm and so more suitable for 1-2 young flexible people. New, partially frosted windows with soundproofing!

The flat (120sqm) comprises 3 bedrooms (1x double box spring bed, 2x single box spring bed, 1x French bed). The flat also has a living room with sofa corner and smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher) and a dining table with 6 chairs. The bathroom has a shower and WC, and there is also a separate WC. The covered wooden balcony (25 sqm) offers a wonderful panoramic view.

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
