The cabin is about 1 hour and 15 minutes away from Bodø Good cabin standard with running well water, hot water and shower. The toilet is indoors in the bathroom, and of the bio toilet type. Own area where the campfire can be enjoyed in both rain and sun. If brought or can be purchased by the host for NOK 200 per 40l bag. NOTE: The cabin is used privately, and will contain personal belongings. The property has a camera at the front door and on the terrace.

Great terrace that goes around large parts of the house so you can move around following the sun.

A pearl in a beautiful Gildeskål

The property has a unique location by the sea. The house is fully renovated in 2023 and everything appears as new. The property is large and freely located with a large terrace and great sun conditions, both during the day and with evening/ midnight sun. In winter, there are great conditions for watching Northern Lights. In rough weather you get very close to the sea and wind from the "good chair" in the extension, or you go for a fresh walk along the sea. The property is located near fishing spots and many hiking options.

We welcome outdoor enthusiasts to our beautiful cabin in Holmsundfjorden in Gildeskål, 1 hour drive south from Bodø. The cabin is idyllic and undisturbed all the way down by the sea. The cabin has a boathouse with a 14 foot boat with 10 HP outboard motor. The cabin also has a great private hot tub right by the water and an outdoor jacuzzi (included in the price). Great hiking and fishing opportunities await you in Gildeskål, and we are happy to suggest top hikes and shorter family hikes for you.

There is access to beach on the property, fishing opportunities, as well as plenty of hiking opportunities and excursions nearby. We recommend a trip to Elias Blix cafe, possibly for the perfect trip up Sandhornet (993 meters). And perhaps the host can offer you a guided boat tour at a reasonable price.

Yacuzzi can be rented for an extra fee on 600,- for a weekend or 800,- by the week.
