Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. An easy drive to Loveland, Greeley, Fort Collins and even the Denver Metro area. "Central location for those that are interested in booking for sports tournaments. Located within walking distance to a YMCA, shopping and restaurants. 2 bedrooms 2.5 bathroom and a 2 car garage. But please no full sized pickup trucks in the garage (they don't really fit). You can park those in the front of the town home on the street.
