The La Charme gîte is located in Sacquenay in the heart of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.

The Charm of the Lake

You will be 100 meters from the beach and the nautical base (pedal boat, canoe...). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5 km). The city of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.

This large 200 m2 house, renovated with all the necessary amenities, will allow you to meet with family or friends. In autumn and winter, enjoy a fireplace. Garden not overlooked (unoccupied barn) in the back of the house.

Welcome home! Nestled in a charming village in a preserved national park. Come and enjoy our cottage to make your stay a relaxing moment, alone, as a couple, with friends or family, up to 6 people. For sleeping, the cottage has a walk-through bedroom on the ground floor with a large bed for 2 people and upstairs a bedroom with a large bed for 2 people and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people as well.

My accommodation is next to the hospital, clinic & gendarmerie school. It is good for couples, solo or businessman. It is located on a busy street, very quiet, you can easily park in a private courtyard with a location. 5 minute walk there is a grocery store open until 11pm and just across the street from the bakery. You will access the city center within 10 minutes.
