Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Gièvres

We had a lovely stay with friends and our children. Christophe greeted us and we toured the property together. Listing exactly matches the photos and description. 30 minutes from the zoo, we were able to enjoy the pool and the children were delighted! The house is in a peaceful and very well maintained place. Christophe was available when needed but everything necessary was already in place for a pleasant stay! I highly recommend it!

There is a big supermarket, you can cook, and there is a small yard for parking.Staying here can meet all the needs of a road trip, remember to bring your own towels, otherwise you will have to pay.I'm not used to paying for bedding.It would be perfect if WiFi could be added.Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

Herve is a lovely host and so helpful. Very welcoming. A beautiful, spacious home with everything you could need. You have your own garden which is much bigger than in the pictures and completely private and secure. Great private secure parking outside your door behind gates. Cellettes is a lovely village - very handy for lots of chateaus. The boulangerie is almost next door - great for fresh croissants in the morning. Also a handy small grocery store. La Vielle Tour restaurant was shut as in process of moving but we had an amazing meal at Chateau de la Rozelle - 20 min walks. I thoroughly recommend to stay here.

Quietly located in a small historic village, Johanne's bungalow offers a cozy retreat with a large garden and even a fireplace, as well as a great large kitchenette. Too bad we were only there for a few nights, otherwise there might have been the opportunity to have even more nice conversations with the friendly and warm hostess. Such a lovely person, you can only hug her! Thank you, Johanne - we would love to come back to enjoy even more of the great landscape of Sologne with the forests and ponds!

Very nice house. Very good location, close to Beauval Zoo and the castles. Perfect for children, there are large play areas and the place is very peaceful and quiet.

We had a great time walking and reading in the beautiful living room of the apartment, which overlooks the gardens of the castle. The room is very nice and the bedding is very good. I would highly recommend it!

Pleasant stay, responsive host, beautiful environment. Small downsides: lack of cleanliness, plus an extra sofa would have been appreciated, since it is a place for 12 and there were 12 of us, there are only 8 seats in the living room available.

Great authentic accommodation with a lot of charm, right in the middle of Blois.

Our 2 nights in Blois we made extra special with our stay at this AirBnb. Perfect location a block or 2 away from all the restaurants, shopping and chateau’s. Plenty of amenities and everything was exactly as listed. It was lovely to have coffee in the morning on the cute patio while we planned our day. Thanks again Eddy. Note: if you are driving, the parking spot for this AirBnb courtyard is little. Large cars or SUV’s will need to find street parking. That being said our mid-sized rental fit and it was nice to park secure behind a locked gate.

Very nice apartment, spacious, bright, well-equipped and above all very conveniently located in the center of Blois. We were able to enjoy our short stay in Blois entirely on foot. Morgan was responsive and responded quickly to our messages. The instructions are perfectly clear and accurate. Thanks also for the restaurant suggestions in the area. I would recommend this place without reservation!

We had a great week! The house is perfectly equipped , the air conditioning was very useful the first 2 days of our stay. We enjoyed the pool greatly. Beautiful English garden. The walks along the expensive river are very soothing.

Villa Verde is a spacious, comfortable and peaceful place. It is nestled in the middle of a huge wooded lot and very well maintained by the hosts, perfect for letting the children let off steam. We felt right at home during this short stay. We would definitely recommend Carmen's house for a visit to Beauval Zoo, for example, which is 20 minutes away

We had a bachelorette party in this house and to start the house is just wow... whether it's the pool, jacuzzi inside the house everything is well thought out and very functional!! We were delighted and had no regrets about our choice because it completely matched our expectations... and finally the owners are very kind, welcoming and explain everything you need to know very well. Thank you for being so responsive and accommodating!! We highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed with your stay!!

We had a 3-day stay at this lovely well-equipped house. There's plenty to do between games and amenities. The location is very peaceful with the small lake and the singing of birds and frogs. The hot tub is great. We'll be back to test the outdoor pool. Recommended! Thanks to Cedric for his responsiveness and to Chantal for hosting us in person!

It is a wonderful stay, very nice, comfortable and nicely decorated. A lot of attention to detail. Very nice also with the donkeys. Hostess was very thoughtful! In the area we didn't find much to do, but for this property I would definitely come back.

Beautiful home with great setup to spend time with friends and family. Plenty for kids to do and heated pool with cover makes swimming possible even if the weather isn’t perfect. The kitchen area is a bit tight if you’re planning to make meals for a large group. Due to the setting with farms nearby there were quite a few flies in the house if the windows were left open. Overall we loved the house and would rent again if we came back to the area. The host was responsive
