What can I say when everything is impeccable?! The fireplace, the garden... the decor... the bedding... the kitchen is very well equipped... there is really everything to spend a pleasant time in a quiet environment! You feel good as in a house in the countryside, cozy and cocooning version! It's a guaranteed disconnection and relaxation!As for my dogs, they also enjoyed the large enclosed garden and walks around the ponds and nearby fields! (ysee will advise you on his spots) Anyway, thanks! I'll come back!!!

A beautiful village house, in an idyllic setting surrounded by vines. The house is tastefully decorated and very spacious, the garden is beautiful, secluded and large, our Labrador loved it! An ideal place for a tour of Sancerre vineyards, with a great restaurant along the road in the village.

A charming house renovated, tastefully decorated, very clean and very well-equipped! Everything we needed to have a good time. A special mention for the responsiveness and flexibility of the hosts in view of the last-minute booking.

Great for exploring between Sancerrois and Auxerrois. The accommodation is very comfortable (fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, large master bedroom) and the park is absolutely beautiful, justifying the stay on its own (sheep in residence, deer and even wild boars and foxes passing through). Yvan is a very considerate host who provides bicycles (mountain bikes in very good condition), perfect for reaching the many lakes and crisscrossing the Puisaye. Numerous hiking opportunities also around the property. A great option to discover this wonderful region.

We stayed for two nights in this very well refurbished stable in a peaceful and very pleasant setting in the middle of the fields. Aurelie and her family (and Nougat who has a sense of hospitality!) are very discreet and very welcoming, thank you very much! Coffee and teas available, dishes for cooking, large bathroom and nice rooms. We recommend if you come to visit the area it's perfect! Easy to reach Bourges for example.

We recommend Elisabeth's cottage, it is located in a quiet area, it is well equipped and carefully decorated. The pool, bocce court and games room are real pluses. Élisabeth is very attentive to her guests. We had a lovely family weekend in this relaxing place.

We had a great time walking and reading in the beautiful living room of the apartment, which overlooks the gardens of the castle. The room is very nice and the bedding is very good. I would highly recommend it!

Last minute booking to stay one night at Elodie’s place as we passed through Orleans. Elodie responded very quickly, with clear instructions for check in. House was clean, tidy, comfortable, with a great location close to local attractions and restaurants. A lovely stay!

A wonderful stay spent with friends! The accommodation and services offered fully match the listing and photos. There is even shower gel, shampoo and conditioner available, like at the hotel. I would 100% recommend this listing, especially for the heated pool which must be pleasant to use in summer and winter.

Loïc’s house is excellent and exactly as described. The pool is lovely. It’s good to have the barbecue. We cycled every day parts of the Loire velo route. On bike it’s only 40’ to the centre of Orleans. Loic himself was very helpful and communicated quickly

Very nice house, Beautiful garden and rest area (not used because cold!!!)Too bad!!! Nothing is missing, everything is functional. It was cold but the wood wheelbarrow was appreciated. The stove, a real plus for a sweet warmth. Carole is very nice and helpful. I had an unexpected request...response and service rendered quickly Finally, a place where the host is a real person!!!! Fabiens place is lovely. The space is larger than expected. The shower room is great. The dressing room a nice touch, the open plan to downstairs feels nice. The place is tastefully decorated and has a lot of character. One very minor criticism it would be that the pool cover is a chore to put on and take off. An mechanised cover would make a difference. However it is a great size and was very comfortable to swim in given that it is well heated. I would recommend anybody to use Fabiens place for a shorter or longer stay. It was a joy to be there for our family of 4 and we would consider visiting again sometime.

this house is amazing because of its peaceful location in the middle of the forest. A beautiful enchanted interlude that brings calm and serenity. Equipment, bikes and games that exceeded our expectations. We were 10 girls and the bedrooms and bathrooms were quite numerous. The atmosphere of the house is great and it feels perfectly good. It's extremely welcoming and the impression is that it's inhabited and not a rental. It feels like home. An experience to redo. If you're bringing children, they'll be thrilled. And if you come without you, you can go back to childhood. Thanks to Alexis for this wonderful experience.
