Eine Klimaanlage sorgt auch bei heißen Außentemperaturen für wohliges Befinden. Das angrenzende Bad ist mit einer Dusche, einem Waschtisch und einem WC ausgestattet. Sicherlich sehr schön ist der geräumige Süd Balkon.

By public transport you can reach the city within about 25 minutes. The stadium can also be reached in about 30 minutes by bus and train.
