We loved Per's place! It has a beautiful garden and is located in a small, friendly village. The surroundings are stunning with the sea sea nearby, the nearest just 9 minutes away. Then the place itself is complete and comfortable. it has all it needs and the house has this warm, unique atmosphere. We were very happy and satisfied with our stay in Kalavasos, highly recommended.

The main attraction of this place is a location of a house - in the forest! So you have incredible surrounding by trees and you have an amazing air! The size of plot is really huge so you have no see neighbouring houses at all! Rose bushes around garden seems to be with a wonderful fragrance because we got only a few flowers and theirs smell was so magnificent! There is a large barbecue area for a large company as well as the house can hold up to 10 sleepers:) Rooms with bunk beds are enough large and comfortable and both of them are en-suite, so one family can easily accommodate in:) We had a great time here and definitely be back!!!

Amazing property, amazing location, beautiful sunsets, great value for money!

This is a lovely, peaceful place, which has all the necessary properties for a wonderful rest. Its location is perfect. Being a bit aside from the seashore with its hectic life it is, nevertheless, just 20-25 minutes from Zigi beaches. On the other side, it is on the way to charming villages of Troodos mountains. The place is fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The host, Loni, is very helpful and cooperative. We had a really great time in this villa.

Our stay at Chloe and Aristos's place was just perfect. Clean, great amenities, good parking and small touches such as a bottle of wine and snacks waiting for us when we arrived, made all the difference. Their amazing backyard with comfortable seating areas and a special mountain view was the ultimate place to sit for breakfast before touring the wineries around the beautiful region. There is a great 24/7 grocery store very near the house which is super convenient. Thank you for the quick response time and all the care you put into every corner of The Pine House. We appreciated it! We'll be definitely be coming back!

We loved sitting out on the balcony at night, listening to and watching the birds (aerial display from the swifts), and the bedrooms were very comfortable and cool. It was a beautiful and peaceful location, but we could still walk to places for provisions and also to cafes and restaurants. Loved the 70s vibe in the lounge! Also a great location for forest trails in Troodos.

We had a fantastic time at the house! Furkat was always ready and available. We had a few issues with the AC as the apartment was new but Furkat was able to arrange to have the issue resolved very quickly (on a Sunday in the middle of August). Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality!

We stayed for five days at this lovely house. It is an excellent big house with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the pool and the garden. Above all its location provides an excellent view of the surrounding mountains. It is peaceful and quiet. The host Konstantinos was very helpful and provided us with all the necessary directions and information. Overall a superb experience.

Myria and everyone else involved is very friendly and great to deal with. Great communication & the villa is perfect for a quiet getaway.

These hosts are lifesavers (well, more like holiday savers!). After arriving at our initial Airbnb booking only to find it didn’t exist, we were left stranded in a foreign country with two children and no where to go! We found this place and desperately booked it as it seemed the only place in the whole of Cyprus that was available. The only reason for this was because the house, in their opinion, was not ready for guests. However, recognising our desperation, Arist and his wife drove the hour from their own home late at night to meet us and see us safely into the house, making sure clean bedding was on and even buying us some essentials to see us through to the morning! The house itself is gorgeous! Clean and tidy and well equipped with everything you could need. The outside area is perfect for those lazy evenings with swimming pool, bbq, outside dining table and even a comfy sofa. Arist was always available should we have any problems (which we didn’t) and also recommended some great sightseeing spots and attractions. The house was situated just outside Limassol and had the perfect balance of quiet neighbourhood but close enough to the city to see everything. It was also very easy to get on to motorways should you want to travel a bit further. We did a day out to Paphos and also went north to the mountains. I can’t recommend Arist and his lovely home enough, it wasn’t what we originally booked but can’t believe how lucky we were to end up with this house. Perfect for any family holiday!

Nice place fully related to the description, with good view, warm bedrooms and good place to cook and spend time with friends on bbq area or near the pool.

The villa was gorgeous! Even more spacious than it looks in the photos show. We were a group of 5 adults and 2 small children and it was more than enough space with a main bathroom and large en suite, plus a huge living area. We loved the outdoor seating spaces and playing in the pool. Alexis was the perfect host, always quick to reply and answer any queries. We couldn’t find a plug for the bath which we needed for the kids so Alexis arranged to have one delivered the next day! We enjoyed the twin arches restaurant, the Buccaneer pub and visiting Kourion beach.

Absolutely great deal for a getaway stay outside of the noisy Limassol. We really enjoyed our 2 nights in this very cozy and clean house. Thanks hosts for keeping this 240 year old house in such a great condition.

Jo and Kyriakos were extremely friendly right from the start. The house was as described and in my opinion better than the photos on the listing itself. The house is in a very private location with beautiful natural scenery all around. The house was in a very good location if you have a car. The swimming pool was fantastic! Finally, having Jo and/or Kyriakos close by, available on a short term notice, was extremely helpful. Jo's recommendations and local knowledge were extremely helpful! Thank you and looking forward to staying here in the future.

Absolutely outstanding guest experience! I will start from the fact that the host was amazing – always available, pleasant, caring and attentive to any question or request, with a warm attitude that is really not obvious. The villa itself is huge, spacious and luxurious. Every detail has been carefully designed – it feels like everything has been thought of here. Nothing was missing, not even the smallest things. The kitchen was clean and fully equipped, with everything you need – just walk in and feel at home. The living room is very large and cozy, ideal for relaxing evenings, including a smart TV and strong WiFi. The air conditioning system worked great, and there was always hot water in the showers. The rooms and toilet were brilliant with cleanliness – just right. The sheets and towels were clean, and really boutique folded. The pool – just a dream: very big, clean, with excellent temperature water. Outside there are comfortable sitting areas, a BBQ area is invested. The place is very accessible, quiet and private – perfect for those looking for peace and relaxation. There is private parking inside the villa plus lots of parking available on the street. Arrival was very simple – about35 minutes from Larnaca airport and about20 minutes from the center of Limassol. I would definitely come back Suitable for a group and also a family(families with children- the pool is not fenced) Thanks a lot!

We spent a week at the villa (1 couple + 5 children). The pool and the garden are amazing. We loved the view and the silence. There is in the house all what a family needs (includes a good wifi ,a clothes washer and a ping pong table) and Lambros was very reactive to our requests. I really recommend this place for people who look for silence. Thank you again Lambros!
