Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Georgetown

Maxine and her co host Wendy saved our holiday! We had to move quickly from a different appartment because of a maintainance problem. I contacted Maxine in midnight and the same night she responsed and she could manage that we could move in het property the next day. We are still so thankful for that. And it was so much more luxurious then we expected. It is a very beautifull home in a very nice and safe neighbourhood. Maxine and Wendy are the best hosts, they have thought about anything to make you feel welcome and feel at home. Thank you for everything!

They went above and beyond what would he expected from any host to welcome my family and assist them to settle in. The host is extremely responsive. everything was perfect!

This home was gorgeous, had lots of space and an amazing view. It was also very secure and the host was very responsive and all communication was made very easy. They also flexed in our check in time, which was very nice as we have two very young children. Thank you so much, we enjoyed our stay and the place was beyond our expectations. what a host! I originally booked another place which did not work out because that host had to decline the booking at the last minute as AirBnB erroneously had it as 'sleeps 4' when it actually only accommodated 2....and it was 3 of us. At an extremely late hour Kempe accepted my request and facilitated my stay. He and Simone were so extremely helpful to save me from what could have been a disastrous trip with nowhere to stay. The place was extremely comfortable and homely...... what was shocking was how absurdly close we were to certain places to visit. We did not even realise.....only when we started driving around. The location.....perfection!!! We had one 'minor' issue with a lack of water pressure and within 25min 9.30 pm one night it was dealt with. He was very easy going and was very much interested to know that my stay was comfortable. This having been only my 3rd stay at an AirBnB....1st in Guyana.....there's no way I will look at another place on another visit there.

It was an authentic middle class experience. I highly recommend the area as there is a mall/casino 15 minutes from the location. The mall is still under construction but new stores are opening every few weeks. Imogene was very responsive. I accidently locked myself out and she was quick to arrange me getting back in. Imogene was also informative about getting around with taxi services though I recommend foreigners look into "book a ride" as the experience is similar to Uber and Lyft. The location of the home is quiet and I felt safe as a single person there by myself most of the time. There are several stores close by for all needs including pharmacy and essentials. There are several places to get food as well within 15 minutes or less walking. I enjoyed my visit! Thank you!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying in this amazing home. The property far exceeded our expectations and our host Nigel was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. Prior to us arriving, he communicated effectively and answered all questions in a timely manner. He also assisted in organizing airport transportation and continued to go above and beyond after checking in. The house was updated/modern and truly felt like a home away from home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the amenities were as advertised. Also, it is in a great location so didn’t have any issues getting around. We truly enjoyed hanging out in the backyard and feeling safe in such a great neighborhood. We will 1000% recommend this Airbnb to anyone, especially our friends and family. We can’t wait to visit again! Wish Nigel and his family the best. Thank you again for being such a gracious host!

The Pictures does not do the place justice. It is Huge! It’s on the top floor. (My preference)This Airbnb is located is a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. It’s has a security on premises 24/7. The house inside is huge. Ideal for a large family trip. The self contained rooms were a plus. Just had a minor hiccup that the host and I were able to talk about. She is very responsive and helpful. It’s worth the money! Will stay again.

Sherry was by far the best Airbnb host I have ever had. She was thoughtful, warm, and so helpful in making our vacation memorable by going out of her way to ensure we had the best time possible. Besides being a truly wonderful person, she was responsive and had an endless list of suggestions and recommendations for places to go, what to eat, and things to do. With her place being so central, we were able to walk to a few places nearby and enjoy restaurants and corner shops. Her place was spotless and truly felt like home. There’s no way I’m staying anywhere else other than with Merry Sherry when I visit Georgetown. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality Sherry!

This is my second time staying at Tucson Suite, but first for my mom, and we had a great time felt right at home. I'll difernitly recommend Tucson Suite for your next vacation/business trip.

I really enjoyed my stay with my family at Kimberly's place.I liked the location which was close to grocery stores and restaurants and close enough so that I was able to visit relatives daily during my stay. The decor was attractive , the appliances were modern, the beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. Kimberly responded promptly when the internet went out, although it was discovered that the problem was regional and not specific to Kimberly's place. I am already planning to book this apartment next year when I return to visit my relatives.

We were extremely happy with the accommodation and services offered. Our stay was a very pleasant and enjoyable. It was all as described. Would highly recommend for 1 to three person’s looking a tranquil, peaceful place that is just on the outskirts of Georgetown and its environs. It is certainly a “HOME AWAY FROM HOME” believe me. Sitting under that mango tree and enjoying those delicious juicy Mangoes was so Nostalgic and was such a treat for my Grandson.👍👍 Thank you so much Carol and for Edward….You Guys we’re Great Hosts…..Will certainly be staying at Esther’s Villa when we visit Guyana again. The place was exactly as seen in the photos and very clean. I was happy to find drinking water in the kitchen on my arrival and a functional fridge. In addition, the hosts and the custodian were very communicative, helpful and always checked in. The hosts were in contact with me before, during and after arrival. Thanks!
