The Cozy Loft

The Cozy Loft is located on the Montague River a very peaceful accommodations to sit back and relax or be a tourist. I am two kilometers from Montague,where their is a Sobey's and Superstore,two pubs (Copper Bottom and Bogside) ,hardware stores and restaurants etc. Montague has a beautiful waterfront and marina. The Confederation trail head is at the waterfront for walkers and cyclists. Brudenell golf course and Pammure Island beach is within twenty kilometers. Come and enjoy PEI!

Cozy little cottage with beautiful stunning views of the Montague river. The cottage is located directly beside the Confederation trail excellent for biking/walking. We have bikes and kayaks for your use while you stay with us. The cottage has a new queen bed located in loft , as well as an old fashioned soaker tub. We are 5 min from the town of Montague, walking distance from art galleries, two world class breweries and lots of restaurants, everything from fine dining to fast food .

Kayes Cottage - Water View Property

We had a lovely stay!!!! The space had a wonderful view, an amazing large yard for the kids to run and play yard games! We easily made our way across the street to access the water, it wasn’t a fancy beach but the kids had fun and you are close to so many beaches. The houses had a nice loft upstairs with a large bed, twin & couch with its own washroom. The down stairs had a nice open kitchen/living room with 2 more bedrooms and washroom. All rooms were very tidy & organized! Plus it had all the appliances we needed a dishwasher, washer & dryer, coffeemaker, etc. The location is close to a small town, not super touristy, it was a good place to getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

We had such an amazing time at Carrie’s cottage! The views are incredible ✨❤️ perfect for a peaceful family getaway! We were lucky enough to have a family of foxes with 5 little baby pups who entertained us our whole stay! Really felt the spirit of the Island!

We enjoyed our stay. The home is very interesting. It is a quaint, very small town. The Inn next door and The Wheelhouse restaurant were quite good. Small grocery within 1 block. Nice to have two bikes available, and tennis/pickleball court nearby. Kiki was responsive and pleasant.

Seal River Beach House

The house was great! It was incredibly clean and there was plenty of room for our family of 4 (and 2 dogs) to spread out. The kitchen was very well stocked. The bathrooms were huge, immaculate, and had lots of towels. The location is incredibly beautiful and peaceful. Unfortunately the mosquitos were so bad that we didn't get to enjoy the private beach or the yard as much as we had planned. (The mosquitos swarmed on us even in the middle of a sunny day on the lawn.) Instead we went sight seeing. Most sights were 30-45 minutes away (Panmure Island, Charlottetown, Greenwich Dunes, Singing Sands, etc.) but there were grocery stores and restaurants 15-20 minutes away. The internet was also very slow--thankfully none of us needed to do any work while we were there so it wasn't a big deal. The hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with the hot water heater. A plumber fixed the issue asap and we enjoyed hot showers all week! Overall, I highly recommend Seal River Beach House!

DeRoma Waterfront Cottages - # 3

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Deroma Cottages and came back a few days later for an additional stay. Jaime is an excellent host. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. He even upgraded me to a 3 bedroom cottage because one was available. The cottage is nicely decorated, the kitchen has everything you need and the beds are comfortable. The cottage had a screened in porch and I appreciated the view of the river with my morning coffee. All the appliances worked well and the grill is a plus too. I especially liked all the outdoor activities and equipment. He has a volleyball net, croquet, and fire pits and wood on the beach. I used a kayak to paddle to Georgetown. My paddle back to the cottage was harder than I anticipated, so I walked in the water with the kayak behind me and enjoyed the marine life. He also has washers and dryers on the premises. I highly recommend Deroma Cottages and look forward to a return visit.

PEI cottage with games room, close to golf courses

The property was lovely. Private and quiet and very clean. Well taken care of for sure! The door and the lock stuck when I was checking in, but Nicole was super responsive and told me the trick to opening the door. I didn’t realize that the game room and the room with two single beds were in other buildings, but that was just me not paying attention when I read the listing. Not a big issue, just something for future guests to be aware of; not great cell service in this location and the wifi does not extend to the out buildings, just in the main cottage. Our stay was great and I will certainly be planning a return visit in the future. Thanks Nicole for the hospitality!
