Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN You have your own private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. We had a lovely stay at Helen's place. It was easy to get to and close to town and attractions. We usually ate breakfast and dinner in and took a picnic lunch when we went out so didn't need to eat in restaurants, which was a plus. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. We did ask Helen to help us with the oven as we were not sure it was getting hot. She came over in a flash and got it on and working for us which was very kind of her! The TV was easy to set up with our netflix account info. Overall we enjoyed our stay and slept well in the very comfortable bed. The bathroom was well stocked with soap and other necessary items.

One sentence to describe this magical place would be “it’s like immersing yourself amongst nature in exquisite style”. So much more to The Hide. It’s an architectural masterpiece that has been thoughtfully decorated with an incredible eye for design. Amanda is amazing! Responsive, kind and friendly. What a lovely host!! Comfortable lounges, cushions and beds to dive into on a rainy day like we luckily had. The kitchen was perfect to prepare meals… the walk on the property was Devine. I could fill this whole space! If I could give The Hide 100 stars I would! Thanks so much Amanda.

We had a lovely stay at Raf’s ‘Hideaway’ cottage. The place was welcoming and warm on arrival. House was very clean and super comfortable. The place had everything we could have wanted and it was all clean and functional. Raf was such a friendly and helpful host. The surroundings were leafy, green and peaceful. We particularly enjoyed our morning and evening walks around the property with our dog and the kids had a ball playing in nature. ‘Hideaway’ cottage felt genuinely accommodating of our vacay with the family dog and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Raf and fam!
