Velkommen til 205 m2 rummeligt og smukt hus fra 1934, beliggende i en af de smukkeste og mest eksklusive områder. Vores hus har alt hvad børnefamilien har brug for af spil, trampolin, bordtennisbord, wii mm. Huset ligger tæt på København centrum (10 min) med tog og flere direkte buslinjer. Du behøver ikke bil når du bor i vores hus. Her er ca. 2,5 km til nærmeste strand, 1000 meter til supermarkeder og indkøbmuligheder. Tæt på Bernstorffsparken, legepladser, grønne områder og Dyrehavsbakken.

Indenfor er der god plads til at spille, hygge eller se en god film i det store åbne køkken- og stueområde. Tre værelser i stueplan og derudover værelse + krearum og udklædningsområde i underetagen.

Enjoy life in this peaceful and centrally located residence. In the green area north of Copenhagen, you have both forest, beach, and city close by. In our house, you can relax in the living rooms, have breakfast on the veranda, and grill in the southwest-facing garden.
