Had a great stay! Daniel was always available and responsive. The apartment has a nearby market, restaurants, bakery. The beach is very close! The penthouse area is great and super ventilated, the apartment has everything you need. Daniel's best recommendation was undoubtedly the Paçoca de Pilão restaurant, wonderful food and perfect service. I hope to come back more often.

The house is in a well-located, easily accessible, family-friendly and organized condominium. All electrical and hydraulic installations working normally, towels and bed linen, kitchen utensils, new microwave, 20-liter bottles, good refrigerator, large table... everything very good. In the rooms, everything is working well, the air-conditioning is cool, not to mention that for those who like to sleep with the window open, the view and the sea breeze cool the environment well. Just be careful with the bathroom floor, which is slippery, especially for children or seniors. Otherwise, it was a very good experience in a week's stay. Both for the house and the condominium premises.

very quiet place,on arrival you may think that it is not good because there is a building with a work embargoed on the side,but as soon as you enter and rise everything changes,the landscape is spectacular,the condominium is well taken care of, a clean pool,and the very spacious and ventilated apartment,for those who want tranquility, privacy,can come without fear. downtown Pitangui is a bit still and for you to arrive in Christmas takes a certain 30 minutes,to the black tip 1 hour,to Jenipabu is close and the beach is very beautiful and great for bathing,you can go by ferry if you want a rsrsr adventure. The graçandu beach in front of the tbm condominium is very good,the Pitangui lagoon is 5 minutes away and is very good tbm. the only point that I think could improve would be the beds, we slept peacefully,but maybe other people do not sleep as well as they are springs. In the end,all wonderful,we intend to return for sure,I miss lying on the hammock , on that spectacular balcony.

The location is very good, right on the sand. The sea is wonderful, depending on the day and time the sea becomes a swimming pool, very good for children, adults and the elderly, who could enjoy the sea, which was wonderful. The highlight, what most differentiates and enhances the stay are the caretakers Haroldo and Josi, who made a hotel breakfast, left the house impeccable, helpful, polite, friendly. We stayed in the privacy of a home, with the comfort and convenience of a resort.
