Le studio est composé d'un coin cuisine, d'un canapé convertible avec TV, d'une petite salle de bain (douche, lavabo, W.C.) et d'un lit double 140cm sur mezzanine. Une terrasse couverte est attenante au studio. Il se situe sur les hauteurs de Champeaux dans un cadre calme et verdoyant à 5 km des plages. Notre maison est juste en face mais nous sommes discrets.

Logement situé à 5 minutes en voiture du centre ville, dans une campagne calme offrant un paysage verdoyant. Accès direct au GR22 qui passe devant le portail. GR 22 qui mène jusqu’au Mont saint Michel.
