The apartment is beautiful, spacious and with a view of the golf course, naval base, port and the sea, better impossible. The apartment has absolutely everything to spend a super comfortable stay, there was no kitchen utensil or item missing. The SUM for a meeting is great, we were able to spend Dec 24 with my family and it was a great experience. Arnold was very friendly at all times, as was the building's work team. Hopefully I can come back soon!

We look forward to the apartment!! Modern, very tastefully decorated, clear, practical and super nice. An AMAZING view!!! There are 3 spacious rooms, 2 full bathrooms. 24-hour security, always attentive and smiling. Claudia is impeccable, the best host. No problem. We'll be back for sure!!

Such a lovely apartment with a lot of amenities and a short walk to the beach! The windows are plentiful and let in a lot of bright light, and the terrace is big and beautiful with a good view of the city. There is also a huge rooftop with a view of the ocean. The host was wonderful and very communicative and offered us lots of great suggestions! I would definitely stay again!

Excellent experience! Playa Mayor neighborhood is a spectacular place. It has the best businesses, gastronomic experiences, tranquility and the beach exactly 2 blocks away. It is a spectacular place!! The apartment was super clean and the best thing is that they have a bathroom in each bedroom. That's wonderful!! The woodwork is of the highest possible quality. You can't hear anything from outside! The kitchen is great! Lautaro welcomed us very attentively! We'll definitely be going back to the same place every time! Thanks for providing such good service.

Our stay at Francisco's apartment was excellent. The apartment is super comfortable, clean, well located, safe and warm. The view from the living room and kitchen is unbeatable. The laundry, excellent. The location, perfect. In the building there is a very friendly, willing and attentive day concierge/manager, and at night there is security. Very good gym and sauna. The garage is very easy to access and comfortable. And finally, Francisco is super attentive and friendly. I definitely recommend this apartment. When we decide to return, Francisco's apartment will undoubtedly be "THE" option in Mar del Plata.

The apartment is excellent. Located, for me, in the most beautiful area of Mar del Plata. Jorge was very attentive and helpful before and throughout the stay. The building's facilities are great, and the service and friendliness of all the employees, the same. The view from the balconies is unbeatable.
