A great spot for extended stays in Mar De Plata. The beds are comfortable, and we were able to cook many meals at home. The walk to Playa Grande is easy and saves on taxis. Ignacio and his family are generous and responsive hosts and made our stay even better.

Super good, the house is impeccable, well equipped and close to two beautiful beaches. If you like people you go out and walk two blocks, if you don't like people you walk 5 more and have a beautiful hidden beach. If you need anything feel free to consult Gaston, a capo. I would come back and highly recommend it.

We were 100% satisfied with the apartment and Andrea's service. What the photos show is the reality. You can tell it was recently renovated, everything is in perfect condition (rooms, bathroom, kitchen, everything). It is delivered fully equipped (kitchen utensils, microwave, electric kettle, hair dryer, just to mention a few). The TV in the living room is smart, which is not a minor fact, and the internet connection is very good. Special mention for the view, the dining room and the two bedrooms overlook the sea. Finally, it's in a strategic area where everything is close by. We'll be back

The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped, in the best area of Mar del Plata. All its rooms have a direct view of the sea, which allows you to enjoy the place at all times. The building staff is very friendly and Alvaro, the host, is impeccable. In the area you will find everything you need to enjoy a stay in the city, supermarkets, pharmacies, gastronomy, bars, cafes, etc. I would definitely come back!

I have stayed at Fabiana's apartment more than once, and I recommend it 100%! Very bright, nice spaces, very complete, perfect for short or long term stays. Adriana was very kind, always responding immediately to every need. The apartment is beautiful, it has a great view, there are little places nearby (the café de las nubes there in Manantiales for breakfast from the view of the 29th floor, 3 blocks away for example.) We will be back very soon!

It’s also in one of the best locations in the city, close to great restaurants and shops. Elena’s communication and attention were outstanding. The apartment is located in a very good area, it is close to all the tourist places and the bus stations. It has everything you need to spend a few days and it is quite quiet to rest at night, I would definitely stay again in the same place.

Such a great apartment! It was perfect for family of 5 for a 2 week stay. Very spacious with a beautiful high end kitchen and a patio and terrace with a view of the lovely plaza Mitre My children loved being right next to plaza, there is so much for kids to do there! Walkable in a wonderful area with lots of great restaurants nearby as well as good proximity to the beach. The building staff were always friendly and helpful and the host is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for an amazing stay!
