Though the room is small and doesn't have a stove, I'd still give a 5-star rating. The most important thing is their responsiveness.

Cozy and cute place close enough to town. More convenient if you have transportation. Fridge is thoughtfully stocked with water and coke for purchase. Theres also non alcoholic wine. Would have preferred an alcoholic option ;-)

The villa is as described in the listing. We knew what to expect and were satisfied by the cleanliness of the place and the attentiveness of the caretaker, the PH-based property manager, and the host, June. Big bonus is that the place has arguably one of the most comfortable pillows among places we’ve stayed at. Overall, it was a great 5-day stay in a relaxing villa that’s far enough to get away from Metro Manila, but near enough to be able rush back home anytime if needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great spot in Silang and that is close to a lot of things. Getting around locally isn't an issue and local markets are super close. Check in was easy and so was check out. Def would recommend to others. If you aren't for using trikes or Jeepneys you can easily get a grab/joyride (Uber for those of us from the U.S.) to get around and have some AC lol.
