Vacation rentals with a patio in General Luna

Amazing host - attentive, helpful & really friendly giving great recommendations and help with booking transfers etc. The apartment was lovely & spacious, and had the majority of what we needed. The location was really convenient to the centre of General Luna by scooter, a bit far to walk every time but also nice to be away from the hustle & bustle, just what we wanted! The only downside was that as it was a new development, there was a new block of houses being built directly opposite which woke us up every morning, but once that building work is complete it’ll be absolutely perfect - and no fault of this property!! There were a few minor issues we raised with the host but they were addressed immediately & thoroughly which we really appreciated. Fantastic stay & would definitely return (and hopefully will one day - for longer!) Thanks Ben 🙂

Chambre équipée avec une super terrasse extérieure et une cuisine équipée. Clim OK, douche chaude et avec de la pression (ce qui est rarement la cas) mais canalisations un peu rouillées. Nous n'avons pas vu Uri ou Emil mais tous deux sont très réactifs par message. Mauvaise adresse référencée sur Airbnb donc nous avons dû marcher un peu à l'arrivée. Je recommande !

We had a great stay! The entire place is clean, the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, and we really love the greenery outside. There was a cat and dog in the place too! Highly recommended. Thank you for accommodating us!

Nathalie's was really conveniently located and at a perfect spot in General Luna. Nathalie was an amazing host who helped us with our airport transfer and scooter rentals. She also has amazing recommendations for things to see and do in Siargao. Overall very happy with our stay!

Stay here!! I’ll start by saying we arrived and my wife had a bad bout of food poisoning—the owners and house manager (Christina) were so quick to offer us help and get us settled in. Christina continued being our point of contact throughout the stay and helped organize a scooter for us and was so friendly to chat with. The place itself looked exactly like the photos and had everything we could’ve needed..it was also so so clean! A great place, run by great people in a nice quiet area! Try Vedya down the road for some great vegetarian breakfasts —my go to was the Buddha bowl (add falafel) :)

We had a great time staying here! The value for money was excellent compared to other options in the area. Vanessa, our host, was incredibly helpful, kind, and always available whenever we needed anything—super responsive and attentive. Everyone we met was really nice too, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect: just across the street there’s a restaurant where you can grab breakfast or dinner, and Cloud 9 is only a walk away. At the same time, the area is quiet and peaceful—ideal for relaxing. Definitely recommend!

Wow, this is a gem in Siaragao. So happy with it. Nice private apartment, full kitchen including good open heat stove, full fridge, rice cooker, kettle, and pots and pans and silverware. Felt like our little home. Great location, relatively quiet. Was so comfortable and clean, and the host was so responsible. I HIGHLY recommend this place, better than anything I found online or at any homestay. This place feels like a homestay and had a great host. It is a new apartment, so there were a few kinks and broken things , our bathroom had a small leak and had wet floor, but the host WAS GREAT about it and helped us fix it immediately after we texted. Great ac unit air conditioning too. The bed was comfortable. Really an amazing apartment and perfect locations for us. Close to General Luna but outside of the hustle and bustle. So close to sunset bridge and cloud 9! thank you so much to the hosts :)

Seb’s stay was truly a wonderful experience. The house was spotless and so free from clutter we had so much room for our belongings and to enjoy comfortably. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable and roomy, and the bathroom/kitchen amenities were particularly stunning. The home is located in Santa Fe, which is important to note for those looking for a more central location. We personally loved being away from the hustle and bustle of general luna, with restaurants (Raku’s SLAYED) and the bamboo surf cafe providing yummy food/drink options, and Ocean 9 for surfing/swimming just short walking distances from the house. Seb was super responsive and alert, and made our stay seamless and enjoyable, especially for such a large group! 10/10 stars for this surfing vacay spot - a touch of luxury and rawness that is unique and will have us coming back for sure.

Highly recommended. Great experience. Elisha (anthony assistant) was very responsive even late night / early mornings. Home has very Comfortable high quality mattresses. Hot water, AC, high speed internet. During 4 nights stay, electricity went off 2 times and generator kicked in a few seconds. They have rental scooter available also for $8/day. Plz don’t rent scooters from other people you don’t trust. I got scammed by 3rd party & ended up paying 3200 pesos for 3 days rental. I should have rented from host… out of 4 nights ; 3 nights were peaceful but 1 night had birthday & karaoke party in the neighborhood. Elisha immediately responded & his security guard Ron was able to shut them up around 1am :)) Only negative thing is the road is very dirty, rough, have many big muddy spots especially during rain. It’s horrible to get to villa from main road. Also there are many insects & mosquitoes, make sure bring repellents. This feedback is based on personal experience March 4-8, 2025

The stunning chef’s kitchen was an absolute dream—fully equipped with high-end appliances, ample counter space, and everything a foodie could need to whip up a feast. The private pool? Perfection. Sparkling clean and surrounded by lush tropical greenery, it felt like our own personal oasis. Whether we were enjoying a sunrise swim or lounging with a cocktail in hand, it was pure bliss. The construction is fresh, stylish, and designed for comfort. Every detail—from the cozy beds to the elegant decor—was carefully thought out. We loved the open-concept living space, which allowed the island breeze to flow through effortlessly. Beyond the accommodation itself, the location was unbeatable. Close enough to enjoy the vibrant energy of Siargao’s surf spots and cafes, yet tucked away for peace and relaxation.

Well, where should I start? Everything about this place deserves the highest rating possible and even higher. Let it be the booking experience where all questions were answered within a short span of time, during the check-in host Keren and Angela offered proactive an early check-in and Angela was at the house to let me in and show me around, the stay itself where the team provided valuable feedback on general luna and gave wonderful recommendations for activities and restaurants. The cleanliness was on point and I loved details like the smell of the towels, shampoo/gel or the living room scent (attention to details). The internet is very reliable and fast enough to do what you desire. Yes, there is some construction going on in the surrounding area, but that does not disturb your peaceful stay at this paradise. We had a wonderful stay at Cocoon House! The location is perfect—just a short distance from the main road, which made it convenient to get around. The space itself was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Séverin and Jordan were outstanding hosts. They were always helpful, super responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and inviting spot in Siargao. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved renting this beach front property. It truly is a peaceful environment and so beautiful. Ricky made ALL the difference, he is the young man who manages the property and is always ready to help. We have teenagers so we rented motorcyles for everyone and we could get in and out easily to town to the beach to go surfing. I am not sure how people would get around if they did not have motorcyles b/c it's a little off the beaten path and exactly what we wanted. It's a real treat to have your own pool. The beach was right there and so breezy. I know everyone wants to be near General Luna but we actually loved being away from it all. We didn't know that we could surf at Ocean 10 and it was just a few minutes away by motorbike and much better than the famous Cloud 9 where it is too crowded.

Honestly I didn’t know Im going to love staying at Jordan’s place prior to booking. It has everything I need, perfect location, spacious place, I feel like I live in my own apartment! I love the mirror in the bathroom, I can do my pretend concerts in there. Kitchen is surprisingly functional, small but has everything one needed to cook. All details are well thought out. Beware there are lots of dogs and chickens so set your expectation with the noise. I specially appreciate the work station. Every corner is functional so I highly recommend Jordans place if you’re looking for a place to stay in Siargao! Can’t wait to be back!!

Had a great time at Mike’s place! He was very responsive and helpful with airport transports and renting scooters. House is very spacious and comfortable, would recommend.
