The house was neat and tidy. Although it was very cold, we had no problems with the heating of the house. Everything was considered up to the baby crib. Also thank you for this, 🙏 we did not miss anything, everything was considered. The view from the house is already excellent. It was great to hear the birds chirping in the silence at night. It feels very far from the city, but the places where you can shop is 2 minutes away, which makes it extra convenience. We had a great time. Thanks to the host

It was a wonderful and peaceful accommodation experience. Our host was very helpful by contacting us at any time and warning us about foreseeable problems before we faced them. The interior of the house was spotless. The garden arrangement was so good that we could use every area efficiently, and there was a very social landscape arrangement. Everything was as we imagined. Mr. Tayfun is a great host. He helped us with everything. The house and garden were spotless. We had everything we needed. We had 3 peaceful nights. We were comfortable like in our own home. We were already hitting the location and view of the house. We made the right choice. We spent 2 night as 3 couples. We liked the place and home so much, it was peacefull and home is decorated with everything we need. The host was always responsive and friendly. I would strongly recommend the place.

The house is beautiful and clean the host is friendly and responsive is very good, the area is quiet and the house overlooking the Marmara Sea everything was good

There were all the amenities you needed in the house, but thank you for your interest and interest.

Our host, who greeted us when we checked in, explained everything necessary with a smiling face. Everything was thought out to the finest detail for the comfort of the guests in the house, and it had a very nice location. It was a great experience from start to finish! I will choose it again.

place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa and Zeynep ia an exceptional host.She is very receptive towards our enquires and even made effort to share some great info on the delicious local delicacies.We wish we could spend more time to enjoy and utilize the facilities provided.The house is amazing and our kids loves it,the view of the lake is magnificient.But for our big group,having only 1 toilet inside the house is a bit inconvenience and the location eventhough is only 10km away from the city,but it is quite far given the nature of the outskirt road,especially for those who has limited time in Bursa..otherwise,if you are planning to have a chill time outside the bustling busy city,i would really recommend this place.

it's more than Super villa, the villa is great, full sea view, super clean, super furniture, wide pool, nice rooms, very cool terrace. the villa had everything we needed as a big family of 7 persons and 3 childrens. actually the villa is more better than it looks in the pictures :') I highly recommend the villa for everybody. Mr. Ata is very friendly and responds very fast!

The host's rapid response contributed to the problem of the washing machine and the Jacuzzi bathroom There was a delay in implementing what was originally to be but the host's response was swift The villa is large and has a comfortable place but the exterior courtyard is shared with more than one villa Family-friendly living room and dining room Overall my very good assessment of the villa if it was fully clean (flooring) I hope it will take care of it next. Allocating a person with experience in the delivery and receipt of the villa from the guest

Fantastic spacious place. Our favorite things: Heated indoor swimming pool was fantastic! Lots of great space including 2 salons, 4 bedrooms, 4 showers Blackout curtains in every bedroom. Filtered drinking water faucet. Beautiful sunset views. Overall, this is the perfect place for families with kids who like to swim. It is located in the countryside. We had a car which helped us get around. We also used white noise machines while sleeping to block out the sound of farm animals early in the morning.
