Villa vacation rentals in Gelemiş

The villa is very beautiful, just like in the photos, and the garden is very lovely. We spent a great time by the swimming pool, in the jacuzzi. There is also an access to a wild beach 10 minutes walk from the house. The owner Berkan is very kind and helpful. He did his best to make us feel at ease. The minus is the access to get there. There are 2 mountain off-roads; the one that goes through the delillemer aqueduct is better, and the other one can be dangerous, especially without a suitable vehicle. It was stressful but overall worth it!

We had a very pleasant 3 days in the villa. We can say that it is a comfortable and very clean place where all needs are considered. If you are looking for a vacation where you can feel special and enjoy nature and silence, you can easily choose it. If you do not have a private vehicle, transportation to the villa will be difficult, but transportation by car is comfortable and it is close to holiday resorts, beaches and historical places that can be seen in the vicinity. We were very pleased, and we would like to thank Mr. Hasan for his sincere communication.

Our stay in this villa was incredibly unique. The atmosphere is extraordinary. The views were breathtaking and created a feeling of freedom and peace. The location of the villa made it possible to just be alone and relax like nowhere else. We really enjoyed the 4 separate bedrooms for privacy at night and the big kitchen, living room area and outside area during the day. The villa is really big and has a lot of options for relaxing. There are sunny spaces but also shady areas to sit or lay around the pool. We also used the grill which worked good and ate around the big table outside. Sitting with this view was a great experience. The infinity pool is very beautiful. Everything is really clean and we, a family of 7, really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Especially with a big group of people or a big family this is the place to stay. It’s also a kid friendly environment. All in all we had the best time here and would highly recommend this villa.

Mr. Erkan is a very kind, very understanding and very caring host There's nothing to say about the cleanliness of the house, it's perfect Everything you can think of has been thought of in the house, we thought what was missing in the house, there is only a shoehorn, imagine such a house 😀 When we woke up in the morning, tomatoes, cucumbers, eggplants and peppers collected from the garden were in front of our door, which made us very happy. All the items in the house work perfectly If we have time, we'd like to come back.

From the moment we booked, the host was exceptional — incredibly polite, responsive, and thoughtful. They provided crystal-clear directions, making the journey stress-free despite the villa’s beautifully tucked-away location. The villa itself is immaculate, stylish, and perfectly equipped for a luxurious getaway. Every corner feels curated for relaxation, privacy, and connection with nature. Waking up to birdsong, sipping coffee with that view, and ending the day soaking in the hot tub was pure bliss. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with high-end comfort and a host who truly cares, look no further. We didn’t want to leave — and we’ll absolutely be back!

The property is nothing short of amazing. Altuğ and Cetin were excellent hosts from the moment we booked the villa, their communication was on point. They offered an airport transfer but we decided to rent a vehicle. We were able to meet at the gate of the property, very easy to find. If you are looking to get away and detach, this spot is absolutely perfect, but no more than 15-20 minutes away from being back in Ölüdeniz Beach. Despite being in a canyon, the Wi-Fi worked consistently when we needed it, but I would not recommend this location for a digital nomad. Stay here to put your electronics away and enjoy the peace and solitude. With that being said, the smart tv downstairs worked excellent for a movie night. The pool was pristine, and at night was stunning with all the lighting around the trees and other plants. There are some local dogs and cats (and a cockatiel) around the property that are some of the sweetest animals ever. Wish I was still there!!

Brilliant place and lovely mid week clean

Seventh stay in Kalkan and this was the seventh different villa. All have had their charm but this one had the best sized pool and surrounding outdoor patio. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen and the lounge area is bright and comfortable. The villa was ideal for the twenty minute walk into the town centre with a cheap return taxi ride. It’s only a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Ismael is an excellent host and was responsive to our request for an early check-in. Having never repeated a stay in a Kalkan villa this is one that would definitely be considered for a second visit. Highly recommended

The villa is even better than the photos.. Great location and amazing scenery. Due to villa's location on the hill, the house benefits from the breeze and is definitely cooller than central Kas and Kalkan. The staff communivated well and was very responsive for every query and need. We enjoyed our stay very much and I highly recommend this villa for everyone.

Always a pleasure staying at a property with Ozlem. Stayed at this particular property in 2021 and this is my second time. She is a great host, she is responsive and reliable. Would not hesitate to recommend 👍🏼

Beautiful villa on the lovely Kaş peninsula. We lived there for a week and had a wonderful time. Dom was very helpful and responsive when we needed something and the villa maintenance guy Omer was also very friendly. The villa had everything you may need during your stay - microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, a variety of cutlery. We greatly enjoyed the pool and the darts there. The only downside for us was that the villa had 3 bedrooms upstairs with pleasant views and 1 bedroom downstairs that is available from the different entrance and as we were a company of 6 people willing to use all the 4 bedrooms it was hard to decide who would stay in that last bedroom. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you, Dom and Omer, for making our vacation so nice!

Cüneyt’s home is likely one of the best kept secrets of Turkïye! The home is spacious and well equipped and the pool and private access to the sea are incredible. For a big group of people, everyone is able to have their own space but there are also spaces big enough to gather. The home is only a short drive to town where there are lovely restaurants and more public beaches. Would highly recommend and would love to return!

Our stay here at Villa Calico was spectacular! One of the best holidays ever - beautiful views lovely and peaceful location the Villa was wonderful with everything that we needed and more ! Our family of seven thought we had died and gone to heaven ! Would definitely recommend this property and we will be returning again Excellent holiday 😎

We had a great time here. A lovey place with everything you need, far enough from town for peace and quiet but only a short and reasonably priced taxi into the old town.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The villa was stunning inside and out. The indoor spaces were clean and modern, but the highlight was the pool and outdoor areas. We could also walk down to a sea platform to swim! Mehmet was helpful with all of our questions and made our stay so easy. We would definitely stay here again.

The villa was as in the photos and descriptions. Clean and every detail was thought of. We had a comfortable and very peaceful holiday. Mr. Arif offered us olive oil and eggs, he was very kind, thank you very much. We also had no issues with communication. It is a place we can choose again with peace of mind.

Mr. Erhan is a very friendly and super host. He greeted us privately as we entered the house and had a very friendly attitude. The house was very, very clean. I'm a very meticulous person and I check the cleanliness as soon as I enter the house, but the house was clean. There's everything you can think of in the kitchen. From the coffee machine to the air fryer. It's literally the comfort of your own home. The furniture is new and useful, and he also had the house sprayed, even though we were in the middle of the forest, I didn't see a single ant in the house. Moments with a baby, insect fly sting :). There were even documents with the Ministry of Health banderoles that he put in the house for the cleaning of the pool, etc. Thankfully, they even put home-made water, wine, and fruit in the house for us Thank you so much to him. If you want to have a clean accommodation experience in nature, I think this is the place you will prefer. You can stay safely

We have just got home and want to go back already. Efe is amazing! He’s really responsive and super helpful. The villa was beautiful. Great location. It was clean. A little musty smell downstairs but it was really early in the season and I assumed it was from maybe being closed up for a while. Efe got someone out immediately when we accidentally broke the door handle. Beds were huge. Super comfy. We would defo defo return.

Beautiful villa on the cliffside of Kas. There isn’t anything Mehmet hasn’t thought of. So much to do and well stocked. The villa was a perfect place to relax and recharge. The views from the pool are spectacular. Mehmet is a kind and caring host. The villa was incredibly clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this gorgeous property.

Villa, bathroom, kitchen, towels, linens, everything was tidy and clean. The view and infinity pool were very nice. The pool is cleaned every morning, the depth is ideal, we were able to put the sun loungers as it goes in layers and it was pleasant for sunbathing. All kinds of tools and necessities are available at home. We brewed our filter coffee in the morning and made our barbecue in the evening. We had the conditions to enjoy and create a peaceful ambiance, and it was a very fun holiday for us. Mr. Yunus is a very good host, he solved the problem we had with the warm pool in a way that we could find a middle ground. Mrs. Ayten was also very sweet. Apart from🧿 that, if I were to talk about a few small details, it would be cats and flies. We tried to get rid of our cat guests without😅 feeding them. We also got rid of the little flies in the morning by burning coffee and spraying off spray. Since it is in a mountainous area, such things are inevitable, it did not bother us much. In general, it was a very pleasant holiday for us, we would like to come again

Mehmet was far and away the best host ever. He arranged a free 2 hour transfer from Dalaman airport on arrival and took us back himself at the end of our stay. In addition he arranged a free boat trip on one of our days because we had booked an extra night so that we could have a late check out and he felt bad about that. He was amazingly helpful and supportive of any queries we had about the villa or local attractions. I cannot recommend his villa enough - we had a fantastic time and are definitely planning to go back. On arrival there was a selection of fruit, bread, chocolates and even some wine. What an amazing host. You should definitely book here!

The stay was impeccable, Tuna was of incomparable kindness and availability. We loved the villa, quiet, clean and surrounded by nature. Perfect for couple. Ideal location, close to many beaches and the village of Kalkan. We recommend it without hesitation!

Beautiful, private and spotless villa which was extremely comfortable! Very comfortable bed, sofa, chairs and the outside furniture. The villa is 8-10 min drive into the centre’s of Kalkan, we hired a car but a taxi is about £200TL which is about £4.00 sterling each way. Kalkan has a number of beech clubs which you either drive to or catch the water taxi from the harbour. We visited zest,Calki & Lures beech club all fabulous! We did a private boat hire on Whisper 3 boat family. £450 for a private hire of 4. The most amazing lunch and day. Favourite restaurants, Blue Terrace Restaurant fabulous. Kaptan dine and dance & Ali kaptan Turizm excellent. Iskelle coffee shop. Day trip to Kaz town 30 min drive. 10 min walk from the villa to migros supermarket which was average best to shop in kalkan at the independent fish mongers, green grocers and butchers. 2 -3 hour drive from Dalaman Airport . Highly recommended for a week -10 days. Villa has 4 street dogs which Mehmet mum looks after!
