Apartamento de pueblo restaurada en plena sierra Espadan. Dispone de tres habitaciones con cama de matrimonio con baño individual para cada habitación. Tiene cocina, comedor salón con estufa-hogar de bioetanol (adicional 5€ por litro de combustible) y terraza con jardín vallado de 300 metros cuadrados con barbacoa (leña no incluida). Nuestros huéspedes pueden disfrutar de la tranquilidad del parque natural así como de todos sus senderos que están muy bien marcados, y si lo prefieren pueden realizar actividades de aventura por los alrededores. También es un enclave perfecto para los amantes al mountain-bike (nivel medio - alto). Eslida esta rodeada de fuentes naturales de agua de manantial y disponen de paelleros y zonas picnic. Nos encontramos a 10 km de la autovia cv-10 (salida 1), a unos escasos 40 min, de Valencia y 20 min de Castellón. Pese a estar en medio de la montaña, tan solo nos encontramos a 17 km de la playa.

Estamos en Segorbe a 40 minutos en coche de Valencia capital y a 20 minutos de las playasa cercanas. Si lo que buscas es disfrutar del senderismo, tenemos muy cerca la Sierra de Espadan y a 45 minutos la sierra de Gudar-Javalembre. Naturaleza pura!! Ubicado a diez minutos andando del paraje natural del Salto de la Novia (entrada gratuita), a escasos metros de la V.V. de Ojos Negros, la piscina municipal y el pueblo.

The Stone House is built sustainably with stone and wood over an ancient "era". It has three rooms, two of them connected by a small staircase. Enjoy wonderful views of the mountains under the freshness of a lush vine and a small pool of fresh water (not available in winter). The house is decorated with paintings, antique furniture and special objects. And all this in Matet, a small village within the Natural Park of the Serra d'Espadà in Castellón.

A newly renovated apartment with lots of charm. It is located on the ground floor of an old house in the center of the village. Ideal for two people. Very well connected with Valencia and Castellón and 15 minutes from the beach. An ideal place for hiking and cycling but also to get to know the city of Valencia in 20 minutes by car. The town has 3 restaurants, supermarket and a beautifully maintained municipal swimming pool, open in the summer.

Nice house in a rural village

The Replaceta house is the house where I grew up. It was an old grocery store and tavern, the only one that existed in the small town of 300 inhabitants where the house is located. It is a house with history and has been rehabilitated with a lot of love and effort trying to maintain the charm of the town houses in the area. The ground floor is fully accessible for people with mobility problems, it has no architectural barriers.

La casa de Manuel es tal y como se describe pero con más encanto, tranquilidad y vistas maravillosas, con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones y toda la intimidad que necesitas para desconectar del mundo por un ratito. No echamos nada de menos. A 2 minutos llegas a Segorbe con todos los servicios que puedas necesitar, como restaurantes, supermercados, estanco, farmacias... Por la noche, descansas genial ya que la cama es muy confortable. El anfitrión un 10, es amable y muy atento, fue un placer charlar con él. Manuel, cómo ya te dije, gracias por compartir tu casa!! Esperamos que nos permitas volver!!

Casa preciosa, reformada con muy buen gusto. Teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos. Ramón muy atento a todo y la comunicación muy fluida. Está en el centro del pueblo, fácil acceso y parking al lado. Todo fantástico para pasar unos días en familia

Pasamos una semana de agosto, 3 adultos y 3 niños, vino 1 adulto más el fin de semana. La casa es amplia y está muy bien, estuvimos muy cómodos. Tiene mucho espacio exterior. El aire acondicionado centralizado funciona bien, hace mucho calor en agosto así que genial. La zona es tranquila. Los anfitriones respondieron a nuestras dudas de forma inmediata y fueron flexibles con la llegada. Recomendamos la casa para pasar unos días en Navajas.

El alojamiento está genial, muy amplio y con 2 terrazas, muy bien ubicado y muy limpio, nos ha encantado. Por poner alguna pega decir que cuesta mucho aparcar en la misma calle y que el edificio no tiene ascensor, aunque puedes aparcar relativamente cerca y solo es un segundo piso. Indica que tiene wifi y cuando nos hospedamos nosotros no era así, pero había buena cobertura, así que tampoco nos importó. Miguel y su padre estuvieron muy atentos en todo momento. Muchas gracias

Helena y Jose encantadores, te contestaban rápido, te ayudaban y te daban mucha información de todo tipo. El alojamiento con mucho encanto, tranquilo, silencioso, limpio y acogedor. Un lugar para descansar y/o hacer muchas cosas por el entorno. Un verdadero paraíso. Puedes ir en pareja como en familia o con amigos, hay espacio de sobra. Lo recomendare seguro . Muchas gracias a los anfitriones.

Great place to stay to explore the local area - Luis was a fantastic house and was there waiting for us when we arrived to show us around. He was really helpful at suggesting places when we said we were hoping to do some wild swimming as well as the water park. The house was spotlessly clean and tidy and the kitchen well equipped. Massive bonus is having a Mercadona just around the corner! We will definitely stay again 👌
