The 70 m² apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided courtyard. From the living room you enter the terrace. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach the Seußlitzer Schloß. The Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 m away from us. Parking for cars as well as the use of 2 bicycles are free of charge. This also applies to the storage of your bikes and the associated charging station. Moritzburg, Meissen and Dresden are great places to visit.

We invite you to our cozy retreat, the oasis of calm in the middle of the city. Stylish industrial meets Jungle, new welcomes old. Your home is close to the Elbe in a back house with a flowery Mediterranean outdoor area. The downtown can be reached by tram in 15 minutes, the Neustadt in 10 minutes. Top renovated air-conditioned apartment in the attic

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

In the surrounding area, you can switch off from everyday life with walks along the waterfront, an ice cream at the nearby city harbor or a visit to the historic castle garden. Lake Senftenberg offers a lot of activities in the vicinity and a good starting point for further excursions. Enjoy your stay and feel at home in your own temporary apartment.

Close to the city and lots of nature

The cozily furnished apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. An anteroom offers the possibility of storing street clothes and shoes. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Welcome to our cozy apartment in Milkel, in the middle of the fascinating Upper Lusatian pond landscape. Here you will find the perfect place to relax, hike, observe nature, cycle and simply enjoy the countryside. The Upper Lusatian Lake District is the land of cranes, wild ducks, sea eagles, wolves and lynx. You will be amazed by the diversity of wildlife and the breathtaking natural scenery.

Our apartment is in the beautiful small town of Radeberg, in close proximity to Dresden. Public transport, such as train and bus, are within walking distance and take you directly to the old, Baroque city center of Dresden with its historical sights, but also to Saxon Switzerland, Moritzburg or one of the many other highlights in the area. Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

Numerous world-famous sights such as the Frauenkirche, the Kreuzkirche, the Fürstenzug, the Dresden Semperoper, the Dresden Zwinger with the historic Grünes Gewölbe, the Golden Rider as well as numerous cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities are within walking distance!

Our apartment is located in our villa and is located right by the city harbor with swimming area and children's playground. A wonderful place for young families, but also cycling vacationers, racing fans and traveling senior WGs. Children up to 2 years stay with us free of charge.

Beautiful apartment with very good connections and shopping. From here you are quickly in the city but just as quickly in the conservation area. Enjoy your stay here in Dresden :). P.S. We usually don't rent to commercial guests. TV only Netflix :)
