The house is located in a quiet new development area above the city. A parking space is located in front of the door. The tourist tax of €1.30 per person/day is to be paid on site in cash. It is about 64 square meters, has its own entrance with its own parking space. Towels, sheets and a hairdryer are available free of charge.

The apartment is 46 square meters, has a large living room with integrated kitchen. It features a small bedroom with a 140 m wide double bed. Next to it is a small bathroom with shower. Otherwise, a large garden borders the apartment.
