Vacation rentals with beach access in Gazipaşa

The house is very spacious and clean, and there is access to many beaches in 5 minutes by car. There is a washing machine and dishwasher, dryer at home and they have provided everything up to detergents. The towels were brand new, the sheets were clean, we were very pleased

Apartment is great! Good layout, perfect floor plan and a large balcony, plus the quiet location. Across the street and I was already at the beach, which is not as crowded here as further to the cable car. The surrounding restaurants are also a little quieter. The supermarket opposite is one of the best in its group. Lots of fresh fruit and Turkish specialties, freshly prepared. Oezdal and his wife Eda are a gem. Always available at short notice, in a good mood and available for information even in the middle of the night. I have been to Alanya so many times in private apartments as a guest. Oezdal and Eda's apartment is now at a lonely peak! In the future, I will only stay here if I am allowed! Lived for 2 months in September and Oct. great location near the beach. The apartment is equipped with all necessities. The apartment is large and spacious. The street is quite quiet, although the kitchen and hall overlook the road. Dishes are huge!The only balcony is low and you need to get used to it (with small children with caution). Neighbors are noisy. The lights from the air conditioners do not turn off so I had to seal with black tape, although the curtains were black out,but they were not until Paul so the light still broke into the room early. There is not enough light in the hall ( you need a bigger chandelier), it's dim in the evening. The hostess is very communicative and pleasant. Check-in through a code lock is quick and cool!

Great location, easy walk to the beach, town and lots of amenities close by. Very spacious, internet was good, and having the office in the second bedroom was great to use. The apartment is very big a spacious too. Building has an elevator and two good size balconys. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed the stay and is a very quiet area. It took us about 25 minutes to walk towards the Atatürk statue, and about 20 minutes walk to kleopatra beach. We had quick respons from the owner and their administration company if we needed anything.

Wonderful host and wonderful place. We wanted to live some time in Cala, near the fortress. You can walk to it. There is amazing air of pine trees and luxurious views of the city and cove. Quiet at night. There is a wonderful garden. The apartment is very comfortable, on two levels, everything you need is there. Shops are not far away. Climbing uphill from the city is a good workout to be on your toes, but for someone it can be an inconvenience. Good and fast internet. Inga is a responsive and friendly host who was always in touch.

A great host. There were more towels than we wanted at home, which was a plus for us. And there were many options for linens. All the technological devices in the house worked smoothly. The house was clean. Natalia helped us with everything, thank you very much. The location is 6 minutes walk to the center. The security and cleanliness of the site were great. Also, it was a plus for us to have a pool.

We stayed there for 11 days and felt very much at home right away. The location is really great. You have such a beautiful view. In case of problems and questions, the host is very helpful and directly accessible. I'll definitely come back.

Yaman came into contact with us, was helpful and available. He lives with his family on the ground floor, who welcomed us hospitably. The dog and the three cats of the house are sweet and confiding. The place is quiet, the beach is about 10 minutes, supermarkets are right around the corner. From the spacious loggia of the attic apartment you can look all the way to the beach. If I were to go to Avsallar again, I would book with Yaman again

We booked this place for 7 nights, we found that the property was very nice and spacious, perfect for a couples holiday. The views from the balcony were the star of the show, we greatly enjoyed our morning coffee and evenings chats on the balcony overlooking the stunning views. The only let down was the garden, unfortunately it had not been maintained and we were looking forward to being able to use the BBQ grill, as advertised, however we were unable to. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend to anyone!

Since I previously lived in Avsallar, I wanted to rent a multi-room house there to spend a holiday with my family. We decided to rent Ms. Zeynep's villa. Ms. Zeynep's house is really beautiful, it's big, has lots of rooms and has a beautiful view. I would recommend it to anyone, with or without children. My kids had a lot of fun in the garden. The pool is not very large, but since not many people were there, we swam alone most of the time. The pool is very well maintained and clean. My children enjoyed the pool very much. A quiet and clean resort. The sea and the beach are very clean, I think it is the most beautiful sea and the most beautiful beach we have ever been to. Since the sea was not very deep, the children swam without fear and had great fun. We were very pleased. We felt right at home. We thank Ms. Zeynep again for everything.

We rented four people. We are all very satisfied. A house we would prefer again, much more beautiful than the ones in the image. The hosts were friendly and answered every question very quickly, we had a smooth check-in. The house was exactly in the location we wanted. We wish we could've stayed longer. Thank you so much for everything, we are very satisfied with everything.

Our stay was so pleasant, we wanted to cry when it was time to go. My children even made me promise to bring them back. We felt like locals and met many wonderful people. Waking up and seeing the sea and walking and seeing the mountains was just dreamy. After traveling all over the world, Alanya is hands down the most beautiful. We settled so quickly into the clean, homey surroundings and had everything we needed to make meals for our family. I will miss it so much! Thanks for EVERYTHING Simona and Mustafa!

Stella was an extremely warm and helpful hostess! The apartment absolutely matched the description and we felt very comfortable. Especially breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool was fantastic. Right around the corner are supermarkets and a parking space for our rental car was also available. Stella also gave us tips for activities and restaurants. We were completely satisfied. Thank you, dear Stella!

In Alanya, we stayed at Yakup Erkus's place in Sol Garden for a week. The apartment is only 800 m from Oba's lovely beach and Cornish (8 minutes walk), and the single bedroom apartment is very nice in size. We found it like new, very clean and tidy, and had all the things needed for a very comfortable stay; Yacoub even had snacks, fruits, and water for us upon arrival. He was extremely friendly and responsive, ready to attend to all of our needs. There’s an outdoor pool (not open during winter season) and playground for the kids, and it has a good new coffee shop that served tasty breakfast, coffee, and turkish tea among other things. Yakup kept in contact with us to ensure our needs were met. My wife and I highly recommend the host Yakup and this place to anyone who is interested in coming to Alanya and is looking for a peaceful and calm vacation away from the crowds of Istanbul.

great place, 10 minutes away from the beach. very nice appartment with a pool and small gym. everything was great like in the description. and thanks to emrullah, he is very kind man, always responsive and ready to help.
