New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Kitchen with microwave and a bathroom. The sleeping room in Wierum is a beautiful and cozy apartment with private sauna (for an additional fee), located in a former primary school 100 m from the Wadden Sea. It is located in the middle of the Unesco World Heritage Site, where you can intensively enjoy the peace and beauty of the Wadden area. The apartment is surprisingly spacious (70m2) and can sleep up to 5 people. Children can enjoy themselves on the trampoline, on the grass/soccer field and can also cuddle with our rabbits and guinea pigs.

This beautiful vacation home is located on the Hondsrug at the edge of the state forests and is located in a small-scale bungalow park. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with sun all day, but also plenty of shady spots. Within walking distance in the forest is the beautiful swimming lake 't Nije Hemelriek. There are several MTB routes, a golf course and various hiking and biking routes. The house has 2 spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, kitchen, utility room and spacious garden.

This vacation home has recently been completely renovated and is therefore equipped with every comfort. The house has a lovely spacious garden with lots of privacy and parking space. Inside, you can enjoy a warm bath or light the wood stove comfortably. The forest and two natural swimming lakes are less than 10 minutes' walk away, where you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking and swimming. Since the cottage is on a cozy campsite (De Lente van Drenthe), there are many amenities just around the corner.

Located only a 10 minute cycle ride from Paterswoldsemeer, 5mins from nature reserve 'De Onlanden' and close to Lemferdinge and De Braak, there is enough to enjoy in the nearby area. A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

In a beautiful nature reserve and within walking distance of swimming lakes Gasselterveld/'t Nije Hemelriek, our recently modernized vacation home is located in a quiet bungalow park and offers a lot of privacy with sunny and shady spots. To relax, there is a 3-person massage Jacuzzi under the veranda. The deposit for our house is €250. The area is ideal for peace seekers, hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. In our beautiful fenced private garden, you will enjoy the many bird species.

Duvets and pillows provided. The chalet has a veranda with furniture where you can enjoy. Smoke and pet free. Free use of WIFI. The campsite has an extensive entertainment program for the children during the holidays and features an outdoor swimming pool.
