This centennial home is a short walk to multiple beaches, and less than a two hour drive to either end of the coast. Gaspe (1 hour and 45 minutes), Perce (1 hour), Paspebiac (15 minutes), Bonaventure (30 minutes), New Richmond (50 minutes), Carleton (1 hour and 15 minutes), and Campbellton, New Brunswick (1 hour 50 minutes).

The main living area has vaulted ceilings with a large kitchen island to gather around and socialize. The property also features an outdoor hot tub that accommodates 6 people.

Beautiful contemporary cottage, warm and luxurious, accommodating 7 guests, new construction, located at the mouth of Gaspé Bay directly on the waterfront with a view of the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Peaceful place with breathtaking views! The chalet is located halfway between Percé and Gaspé and within walking distance of a small fishing harbor.
