Rural location, 10 min to shop and quay, 25 min by boat to Trondheim, 25 min by car to Orkanger. Great hiking areas, swimming areas and fishing opportunities, both at sea and in water. Lots of possibilities for bike rides. Great views, beautiful sun conditions all day. 2/3 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace facing the sea. Child-friendly. Good space to eat outside in the summer, barbecue, etc. Washing machine and free parking. WiFi. Quiet and peaceful place, perfect for relaxation and reflection

Make memories for a lifetime in this unique and family-friendly place! Idyllically located apartment in farmhouse in peaceful surroundings by Bjugnfjorden. The accommodation is recently restored and contains modern qualities and comfort such as WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, bathtub and shower. The outdoor area is peaceful and rich and there is a large terrace with gas grill as well as play equipment for the children. There is parking right at the door and the possibility of charging an electric car.

Well-equipped kitchen and wood-burning stove in the living The property is located with easy access from the road, quiet place overlooking fields and mountains. Large patio for dinners, play, parking and the like. It is a short walk down to the sea where you can rent a boat and have access to bathing areas. Hiking trails start right at the front door. Unique guest cottage for two people, located right by the sea. If you have a short or longer stay and want to stay cheap, then this is the place for you. The guest cottage can be set up with a double bed or two single beds. If desired, a desk can be inserted. You have access to your own bathroom and microwave, fridge and kettle in the main house 10 m away. There is no kitchen If you come by bus to Fillan, I can pick you up there for 250 NOK.

Small house - great seaview - close to the city

Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.
