Vacation rentals with beach access in Garrucha

The apartment is as Gabriel describes it. There were 4 of us (family) and two medium-sized dogs. It was perfect, bright, ventilated and spacious, clean and with the amenities described in the ad. I would repeat. There is also a pool all year round... excellent for those who don't like the beach 🏖️ haha

Great communication with Alfonso, very helpful. Apartment was excellent value, large solarium with sun from sunrise to sunset, big kitchen/diner, comfortable bed, good shower and bath in ensuite. Location is superb, close to restaurants and the beach, 3/4 mile from the commercial center, bus stop to Vera, Garrucha and Mojacar Pueblo at the end of the road.

Fantastic apartment in a great location, just a few minutes from the seafront. Apartment was so comfortable for our one month stay. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. The terrace is so lovely with a beautiful view to the sea! There are great restaurants and bars a few minutes walk away but the complex is nice and quiet and the residents are lovely. Bárbara is the best host we ever had! She supplied so much information before we arrived and she waited to meet us even though we had a late arrival time. All through our stay she provided great advice on places to go and if we said we were going to visit a particular place she recommended great restaurants! They were all fantastic! I feel like I’ve made a new friend in Bárbara ❤️ This apartment is ideal for visiting Mojácar. Great location and very comfortable. You will be spoiled for choice for music, there were so many great bands playing, and lovely restaurants. Highly recommend! Enjoy!

David was very helpful with the check-in as we arrived early in the morning on April 28, 2025. His friend Ramon came to the apartment to hand over the keys. He brought up our suitcases and extra bottles of water. We were so lucky, because 10 minutes after our arrival the total black-out in Spain (and other countries) occurred and we didn't got stuck in an elevator! In the apartment we found already bottles of water, fresh fruit, juices, beer, wines and some sweets. The first 5 days our son and his family stayed with us and the rest of our two week stay we had all space to ourselves, which was lovely! The view is stunning, never heard any noise of the neighbors, it is close to the Glorieta (Plaza de Espana), restaurants and bars. A cleaning lady came half way our stay to change the sheets and towels. We also received a lot of tips for restaurants, etc. But it was our 3rd stay in Aguilas, so we knew already most of it, but it is very handy when you stay the first time.

We're happy to have stayed in Eva and Miguel's apartment. It was more beautiful than what you see in the description. Everything is impeccable. Everything works. Total ocean views. Direct access to the beach They have an umbrella and deckchairs, very useful! The beach is very quiet! It's very convenient to have a covered garage in the complex. We didn't have to use the car. Leaving the complex there is an incredible supermarket, pharmacy, many restaurants, coffee shops, everything. It's for relaxing, enjoying the beach, eating delicious food! It far exceeded our expectations! To return and recommend! And I emphasize the importance of dealing with the owners! Attentive to everything, super warm! We would have loved to stay longer! This place is like being in your home. It is equipped with absolutely everything, especially the kitchen that is where you usually miss things. Very clean and the beds comfy. Also, Armida was aware of any questions we had about the house and was very accommodating. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, but it's worth taking the car and going to the Vera ones. In the apartment area there is not much to do, there are no bars or restaurants, but if you want a quiet area, it is very good option.

Everything is correct. The hostess gave us details of all kinds at all times. The apartment complies very well. Saying that we have been in April, so the issue of the heat in the home can't evaluate it, although the rooms have a ceiling fan. Summarizing, 100% advisable.

Very good stay, Sébastien's house is functional, well-equipped. It has a small terrace on the street with a lovely view of the sea but especially at the back, kitchen side, a quiet courtyard surrounded by the gardens of discreet neighbors. It's a good place to rest and dine. Beautiful beaches in Cabo de Gata Natural Park and also some nice hikes. Sébastien is also a responsive host A practical house to recommend

We have been to playa vera many times and can say that this apartment is among the best. Everything is exactly as described in the listing. Great beach location to enjoy a swim in the sea before breakfast. The terrace offers sun from morning to evening. Also possibilities for shade are sufficiently available. Very well maintained apartment, best communication with Nicolas. We thank you for the trust and wish you a repeat.

Loved my stay here- didn’t feel like a rented apartment felt very homely, and the view is incredible. I would go back.

Lovely stay here for 5 days. The place was spotless and a comfy bed, private garden with loungers and outside seating and right next to the communal pool. Loads to do nearby especially if you rent a car. Would definitely stay again.

Everything works well for us except the AirBnb booking process which was an obstacle course. Kris gave us helpful advice and went out of his way to make us feel welcome.

Rosa was a great host and the accommodation was excellent, the view from the balcony was amazing. Mojacar itself is a fantastic town with great bars and restaurants. Garrucha which is a 30 minute walk and is a town full of great tapas bars. To sum it up Mojacar is a great place to have a holiday.

Beautiful, stylish apartment situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, a short walk from the beach and beachfront bars a restaurants. Fabulous modern facilities including a large, comfortable bed, large bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area and a rooftop terrace. Helpfully, we had access to two sun loungers and parasol for use at the nearby shared pool or beach, There is parking on site and on the street. Romaine is the perfect host; welcoming and friendly, flexible, knowledgeable - she really couldn’t have done anymore for us. Highly recommended!

Juan Carlos place is very nice, it is large with plenty of space, It’s away from the main city which was what we wanted. Nice beaches with locals swimming and also fishing ( and catching fish ). The place is very laid back and walking around is nice.
