Monthly Rentals in Garrison

The accommodation and facilities were amazing and the pictures and description don’t do the place justice. David was extremely helpful and kept in-touch perfectly. I will definitely stay at David’s home again if he’ll have me.

Staying at this location was good for us as a group. From the house perspective, we had the kids in the lowest floor with Mom. The TV there was great for their games. They also had their own full bathroom. We had the other adults upstairs so we had two full bathrooms for the adults. The main floor was great and had a powder room (which kept us from more trips up and down steps). Moving in socks through the house was different for us (special house rule). There was wildlife to watch in the early morning. Pets were welcome and we took care to insure everything was kept as clean as possible. Neighbors were very friendly and easy to talk to and helped us find local restaurants and activities. If there is a downside to this location is the proximity to a highway (traffic noise) but we adapted quickly. Overall we would go back to this location as it is near the locations we were visiting. Grace has a great place. Clean, quiet,and convenient. We would stay at Graces next time we travel to the Baltimore area and require 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Grace went way beyond expectations in her hosting our extended family. Her coffe ,tea water and hot chocolate were appreciated. The pastry she left was a very nice touch
