New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.

The "De Noot" studio is fully, tastefully, and luxuriously furnished and is located in a rural farmhouse, on the ground floor, on the outskirts of town. A fantastic place to use as a base, to work, or to relax and unwind. There are 2 bicycles available for guests. Public transportation is within walking distance. Parking is free. There is a large green yard with an orchard, a pasture with a pond (and benches), chickens, a rooster, sheep, and a friendly dog (stable).
