Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was previously our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while, and everything was custom-made to my liking (1st-floor apartment). Nestled a 15-minute walk from the city center and 5 minutes from the train station, I hope this property will offer you a remarkable experience if you are looking for comfort, style, and convenience. Our country house, an old Berry farmhouse, is located between Bourges, La Charité and Sancerre. It has a large unfenced garden, surrounded by old farm buildings, and fields as far as the eye can see. A stream and a small wood run along the bottom of the garden. You will find all the calm and comfort you need for a relaxing moment, a walk or a visit to the surroundings. The spacious and bright rooms combine old-fashioned charm with contemporary design.

Accommodating up to 4 people, the Maisonette, (accessible for people with reduced mobility) is furnished for a comfortable stay.
