Recently restored mobile home with new interior paint and floors. Nice utensils, clean towels, and 49" smart TV. Extremely clean with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, three queen beds. Adjacent private covered parking for up to 2 large vehicles or 4 small cars. Very quiet neighborhood. Gardendale water is said to be the best water in Permian Basin.
