An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. Uzès: Characterful Cottage in idyllic grounds!

Ideally located in Uzès, where the town blends into the quiet provençal countryside, and set in extensive grounds of outstanding natural beauty with a vast swimming pool, "La Petite Garrigue" has recently been renovated by experienced hosts for holiday rental. Its three double bedrooms each have a shower room/WC, and air conditioning. Extensive facilities for outdoor living and dining include a shaded terrace, boulodrome and parking with ev charging point to provide the perfect holiday haven.

Pièce à vivre de 48 m2, avec cuisine ouverte toute équipée, coin détente avec téléviseur 127 cms, climatisation. Suite parentale de 35 m2 avec douche italienne, double vasques, wc indépendant, climatisation. Mezzanine de 30 m2. Les deux lits font 160X200. Terrasse privative avec barbecue weber.

Les vignes, les murs en pierre, les cigales qui chantent à l’heure de la sieste… tout ici raconte la douceur du Sud et la joie simple des moments partagés. 🐳 La piscine, le pool house pour les soirées d’été, le terrain de pétanque, les rires, les apéros… C’est un peu tout ça, le Clos Bohème.
