Perfect accommodation and the best host. It was the🥺 first time I used the accommodation, but it was so perfect that I will definitely use it if the schedule is right. I was always impressed by the kindness and thoughtful consideration. It's the best accommodation to the point that I wonder if I can be this comfortable at home. There's everything, so it's hard to find something that's missing. They also gave me a lot of information, such as🥺 nearby walking trails, restaurant recommendations, and cafe recommendations, so I didn't have to look for them separately! If you have to come to Jamsil and need a place to stay, I hope you will use it.

We had such a lovely time staying in Tingmin‘s place. The flat is right in the heart of Sinsa which has tons of cute shops, cafés, bakeries and restaurants. Yet the flat is in a quiet side road so it‘s never overly noisy despite being in a busy area (though there is currently a construction site which may be nuisance on week days if you‘re not an early riser). Tingmin‘s flat has all the conveniences you might need even for a longer stay (we stayed for five weeks!) and everything was very clean. It‘s also worth noting that, compared to other places we stayed in in Seoul in the past and despite only being a studio, Tingmin‘s flat is a really decent size. Since we stayed for a long time and brought a lot of luggage, we really appreciated the extra floor space. Finally, Tingmin was super helpful and responsive the entire time. We would definitely stay with Tingmin again on our next trip to Seoul!

The location was so nice, and the accommodation itself was tidy, so I stayed comfortably without any inconvenience. It was nice that they thoughtfully prepared even the little things that are necessary in daily life. The host is kind and responds quickly. This is a listing I'd like to use again if I get the chance next time.

The accommodation was as neat as it was in the photos. There were many amenities nearby, and the accessibility was good, so I was comfortable during my stay, and the surroundings were quiet, so I was able to rest comfortably.

It was our first trip to Seoul, South Korea as a family of 5 and Jenny was a great host. Before we even travelled to Seoul Jenny was brilliant in her communication, easy to communicate with whenever we had any questions about the property or Seoul during our stay. Jenny was super friendly and helpful. The place itself was a little difficult to find initially, but expected with the city and properties setup in that manner, but once we found it, for the rest of the trip it was awesome, as it was close to subway (10min walk) and bus connection (2mins walk) which allowed us get to all the main areas we needed to go to with one connection. The property itself was super clean, Jenny provided everything from toiletries, kitchen amenities and plenty of bottled water which was super nice of her, especially as we needed water for the kids milks etc. the property had a washing machine and drier, convenient for us as a family to do washes. Finally Jenny helped to book our Taxi back to the Airport.

The location is so nice and the space is nice. But it feels a little old It's a great place with a location and view that offsets all that. It's a good value for the money

Leha's place is super convenient for traveling - great location, next to the vibrant neighborhood with tons of restaurants and cafes, close to the public transportation. Leha was super nice and helpul, also Leha let us check in early as we arrived early in the morning. It was a cozy apartment with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

The view from the house is really beautiful. In addition, on the last day of this trip, it was even better to see the snowy mountains in the morning after it snowed through the night. The privacy was guaranteed, so I was able to play the grand piano to my heart's content even in the evening, and the bedding was fluffy and nice. The amenities are also great. It's a place I want to go again next time. The host was so kind that he personally cleared the snow that fell through the night so that the car could go.

I visited with a group of friends, and we had a barbecue party while looking at the valley flowing in front of us, and we had a good time. It was useful because it was equipped with kitchen utensils, tools, and seasonings, and there were many refrigerators. I'd like to visit again next time. Highly recommended for group visits.

It was so good as an accommodation for a family of four. I was able to rest comfortably and spaciously with my children. It was nice to have a convenience store nearby. I liked that the bedding was clean. There was a tree-lined street nearby and the accessibility was good, so it was so nice to unpack, take a light walk, and have dinner.

The accommodation is also very close to Songnidan-gil, so There were a lot of delicious things to eat, and it was close to the food alley, so it was so nice to eat a late night snack!! It was close to the subway station, so it was so convenient to get around! Above all, it was really neat and nice to have everything from tableware to toothpaste and shampoo!! Next time I come to Jamsil, I want to stay here again! I had a good stay!!

Very clean apartment in a convenient location.

I had a dress party with my friends, and it looks great even if I just snap a photo! The owner is kind and proud of the accommodation!! There are many good restaurants near the station if you walk a little! Each and every interior accessory was so tasteful!! I'll go twice! I'll go three times ❤️

What a fantastic place to stay at! We like staying at local places, away from tourist spots and this place felt right at home! the unit is super clean, lots of amenities, very close to bus and subway and overall just a great place. Luna is very very responsive since the first day we booked. She answered questions, provided recommendations, and was very accommodating. She also was very helpful in booking a van for us to head back to the airport as we ended up having more luggage! She made all the arrangements and paid with her own card first, then proceeded to charge us through Airbnb after. She went above and beyond as a host and we are extremely thankful! looking forward to booking this place on our next trip to Seoul!!!

Ingi’s place was a great place for exploring Seoul, its location near to multiple bus stops , we were never more than a 10 minute walk away from a bus stop we needed. Also had lot of good stores and restaurants nearby if you’re looking for something local. No more than 5 minutes away is a fairly big CU and some nice coffee shops / smaller restaurants. The apartment itself self was also great, looks so much bigger and more spacious than the photos , was a more than comfortable stay for 4 people. The rooftop also offers loverly views of Seoul, spent most nights up there enjoying the views. One thing I will say is the location is a bit hilly, if you’re are someone who struggles with walking or have health conditions it might be a bit of a struggle to walk around in the direct area. Apart from that fantastic place , will definitely look to book again if I return to Seoul.

I highly recommend staying at 숙희's place! I spent 4 months here and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The host responded extremely quickly- for instance when the battery on the door lock needed to be changed, she confirmed a time that would work for me and had it fixed within 5 hours. She also reached out with recommendations for local festivals and places to visit. The room was in great condition, with all the amenities I needed and great wifi. The washing machine worked well and I appreciated all the convenience. I would highly recommend this home for anyone who is looking to stay in Seoul!

Nice apartment, responsive host, responds quickly, allowed us to check in early for 3 hours. Recommended.

First of all, the room is neat and clean as you see on the pictures. Jeongja-dong is a hidden gem-like area near Seoul. Since the atmosphere of day and night is different and there are quite a few good restaurants nearby, you can stay in a peaceful and warm atmosphere without moving far away.

My family and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Chris's place. The place was beautiful and we felt right at home after being out all day. Getting around was very easy with subway station located just right in front of the building and walkable distances to many places near by. As soon as we walked in on our first night, my family thanked me for finding such a beautiful place for our vacay in Seoul. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and at home. We will definitely be back!!

The host was very friendly and communicative and very good. There is also a parking space. It is very convenient to go to the subway Jianda Station. It takes 10 minutes on foot or there is a supermarket nearby by bus. Thank you very much.
