We had the chance to stay at the first-ever Airbnb in San Miguel, Bulacan while visiting family and relatives in the area, and it was a fantastic experience! The property was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed to make our stay stress-free, including a fully equipped kitchen and cozy living spaces. The peaceful surroundings added to the charm, giving us a quiet retreat after spending quality time with loved ones. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Their responsiveness and warmth made the experience even more enjoyable. If you're visiting San Miguel for family gatherings or simply need a relaxing place to stay, this Airbnb is a gem. It's great to see such a wonderful lodging option in the area. Stayed for one day and one night for a family gathering, the host provided all the stuffs i needed, and answered all questions I've asked about the property. Great location, the pool is amazing and there is a big area for everybody for eating and event. Will definitely come back again. ✌️ 💯

Our family had a wonderful stay at Maria’s place. It was spotless — honestly one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. It’s super quiet and private, which made it feel like a perfect little escape. The design and decor were beautiful and matched the photos exactly. I booked this place last minute and was honestly blown away—it did not disappoint! What you see in the photos is exactly what you get, if not better. The space was immaculately clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell they really care about the guest experience. The staff were all so warm, welcoming, and helpful—it made a huge difference. You really feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. The host was also super responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. All in all, a fantastic stay. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable place to stay!

Check in was seamless. Place was clean and spotless. Very easy and responsive communication. Rooms were well thought of . Beds and pillows luxurious. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Mika and Jervin was always on hand for any concerns like turning on the jacuzzi, LPG ran out and was promptly replaced. Can’t say enough praises. No issues. Till next time.

The place is recommendable if you are looking for a quick getaway from the metro. My friends and I really enjoyed our staycation since the place is very cozy and relaxing to stay in. The house is airconditioned the whole time and most of the basic necessities we need are already provided. There are also nearby (5 to 15 mins drive) supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants in case you need to buy something else. Parking space is just in front of the property and big enough to accomodate big groups. In addition, we did not have any problem when it comes to noisy neighbors. We also liked the caretaker's warm welcome to us who is very friendly and accomodating to our questions and needs. Lastly, the place is very easy to locate when getting there.

Peter was a great host! He was the most accomodating host we had. We will definitely go back again! The ambiance was surreal.

this is a gem. you will be surprised as we were when we entered benny’s grand villa. very spacious, comfortable beds, hospitable staff. everything you need for a great stay is already in the premises. we will stay here again in the near future.

Our stay at Jeric's airbnb / resort was great! It had everything we needed, kitchen utensils, bbq grill etc. There were plenty of beds for 16 guest. Internet connection was great, I had 2 guest who used their net to work while we were there. From the time we checked in, Jhay made sure all our needs were taken care of! Although there was an issue with the water supply due to works being done by the local distributor (nawasa) which started the day before, but Jeric and Jhay offered options to the best they can. Awesome customer service!! Water eventually came back around 7pm.

Nice and Relaxing place indeed. Mabait ang owner, lahat nang request namin na provide nila. Sobrang nag enjoy kami nang Family ko, even my pets nag enjoy din kaka takbo sa lawak nang place and sobrang linis talaga. This listing is a must visit at talaga Namang babalikan. 🤎

We recently stayed at this place and overall, it was a nice experience. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. Firstly, the water pressure on the second floor was quite low, which forced most of us (12 people) to use the bathroom downstairs and even outside at times. This was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, we encountered a lot of mosquitoes during our stay, which made it uncomfortable too. The internet connection was also weak, making it difficult to stay connected. On a positive note, the place itself was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. The staff were friendly and welcoming. In summary, while there are some improvements needed, the overall experience was pleasant, and we enjoyed our time there. Thank you🙋🏼‍♀️

it was exactly as it was presented. the group had fun. although the location was remote and private, the host had made provisions for a small store to cater to our last minute needs. recommended a good caterer for our food too!

The place is peaceful and quiet. Perfect for a weekend getaway from the busy streets of the Metro. The place is clean and neat. They have complete kitchenware for cooking and whatnot. The rooms are perfect for us a family of 5, and they have a store just downstairs for your needs. The place is easy to find, however, the road going there is really narrow. Although we noticed that the water smells like rust, not sure if it is because it’s a deep-well water. But overall, we had a great experience during our stay and we highly recommend the place!

From the moment we inquired, Sir Jay was incredibly accommodating. He was always quick to respond to our questions and readily fulfilled our requests, such as providing a refrigerator for our raw meats and arranging an extra bed, pillows, and blankets for our family. The flexibility in check-in and check-out times was a huge plus, allowing us to maximize our stay. The cool weather at the location added to the relaxing atmosphere. The highlight for us was the pool area. It was incredibly clean and refreshing, with the added bonus of a mini pool for the children. We especially appreciated that the pool water was fresh and free of chemicals, making it safe for everyone. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils, plates, and cutlery, making cooking a breeze. The grill/stove was easy to use, adding to the convenience of preparing meals. Overall, We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service.
