Lovely, proactive and responsive Host. Thank you Deepak for staying with you, was amazing. Only stayed for two nights, but was worth every penny. Nice experience in a Mud house!! Nice and quietly to stay. If he develops the community space & kitchen this would be amazing. I the surrounding some good restaurants or things to do are missing, but if one is not looking for something like that it doesn't matter!!?

Our plans changed and we spontenously booked this home stay. it was a very good decision at the end. Very happy to get to know the family and Aama, their village and their daily life. Do not expect to have most comfortable stay of your life but one of the unforgettable:) Go there with bus from Pokhara, not with a taxi, because bus drive (around 1 hour) is the half of the experience i would say :)

The stay was extremely rejuvenating and comfortable. The food was great, the house was well built and surprisingly comfortable. The best thing, though was the people, the service, and the nature surroundings. The lack of connectivity also turned out to be a huge blessing because of the break from technology.

Amazing place- everything is outstanding: the view, the hospitality, Fatima's food, the vibe... it is really one of a kind. What a luxury in nowdays world to be able to disconnect from frenzy, immerse in such devine nature and be surrounded by a pristine environment. Highly recommended to the adventurers and to anyone in search of peace. it is a life changing experience !

Staying with Ama and her family was simply a wonderful experience. Even though we barely could exchange a word as I do not speak Nepalese we tried our best to communicate and I feel like we understood each other. The family, but also the whole village is so lovely - everybody is smiling at you and greeting you warmly. it doesn't matter if you speak the same language or not - a smile is a universal symbol 😊 The landscape is beautiful and perfect for day-hikes, the bed was comfy and clean and the food was simply extremely delicious. If you are open for a new experience and really want to immerse yourself in the nepalese culture, do not miss on this opportunity.

This place was a complete surprise and a dream. It ticked all the boxes I was looking for. ✔️ Surrounded by Nature ✔️ Clean rooms ✔️ Delicious Homemade food ✔️ Spacious rooms with stunning views ✔️ friendly hospitality ✔️ Sounds of Nature all day around I totally loved this place and felt right at home. Came here for 2 nights and ended up extending for 2 more. And don’t get me started on the food, literally had to request them to cook less coz I couldn’t stop eating. It’s that delicious. Would definitely recommend staying here.

What a lovely place and such lovely people - hosts, manager and staff...and dogs. Nothing was too much trouble, super helpful with suggested local walks, local services and where to go next. Very nice food and good variety - perfect for the cold winter conditions. Great coffee. Very relaxed and welcoming of our dog too.

Shantanu was an amazing host. This was not just a place of stay but a complete experience. Me and my friends had a beautiful full moon night trek upto to the Earth house the night we arrived thought the host suggested us to arrive a bit early since the hike is a bit steep. He and others were kind enough to help us with the luggage. We had a wonderful gourmet dinner under the moonlight continued with bonfire. The rooms were neatly spaced out with comfortable beds, the walls had beautiful handpainting while keeping the heritage alive. A true relaxing into the woods experience as its away from all the hustle and bustle of the town, a honk free stay :) The next morning I woke up to witness one of the beautiful sunrises with a breathtaking mountain view. A complementary session of Yoga with volunteer Vinodh followed by yummy Indian breakfast. If you are an animal lover like me then your stay will be elevated with the company of five beautiful paws :) who were also very happy to be part of the breathing exercise during the session. Our one regret was that we booked this place only for one night because of which we couldn't do the nearby trek some guided by the host himself. But we did get the chance to enjoy this scenic view while trekking 2kms back to our car in the day light... the only thing I would suggest is to pack light. If you ever are in Nainital I highly recommend for you to come and experience this place as this was one of mine and my friends most cherished stay in this trip.

A very special stay in a peaceful farm with a wonderful, local host family. We loved the intentionality of the spaces, the communication w the host (local family can use Google translate), and how well they accommodated our food allergies and requests. For those w different abilities - Lots of stairs and very bumpy road coming in! Not a place to do remote work w limited service/wifi but a great place for retreating! We would definitely come back and recommend for those looking for a peaceful stay.

This place is perfect for people who are looking up for slowing up their lives from their mundane routine and just want to spent some time with other creatures like birds etc. or just want to lay down to watch the beauty of mountains or read books or jot down something or just simply do nothing. The Manager of the Property Mr. Ankush was just a call away ready to assist in every possible way with the assistance of their well behaved staff. And What to say about food and there was no chance to miss it. Every day we were served with different delicious home cooked meals and some were even customised on demand. Moreover this is a much recommended place. Take a pause and feel the beauty of Nature around you and rest will be taken care the Host.

The homestay is cozy and peaceful. The location is great, and the view from the homestay is amazing. You can sit on the property and enjoy a beautiful sunset. My pet loves this place! The house is a cute little spot that makes you feel like you're in a village. Mayank and his family were incredibly helpful throughout my stay.

I found the place above my expectations. The theme of village was spot on and everything was perfectly synced. The farm view from machan was the usp of the property. The earthen walls didn’t allowed the cold of surrounding to seep in and the room was surprisingly at comfortable temperature from inside. Approach road going through the farm was scenic. Moreover, Aman was very helpful in sightseeing around the area and he extended his warm help and accompanied us to Abaadi river front as well as Chuna dari. Aman is a great host and always willing to help. He is such an experienced traveller and company of him was a bonus for us. We were the only guest at that night and the whole property was like our private area and we enjoyed a lot.

Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. We went with our two dogs & were very happy with the open space Tanuja’s property offered. The property offers stunning views and delicious local food. Both Anindya & Tanuja are great hosts. We would definitely visit again.

During a recent visitto Ranikhet, stayed at Vivek's place. It's a great property which is almost a century old & very well maintained by the hosts. The place has a rustic old word charm to it along with the modern day facilities. Rooms are done nicely & are warm enough during the winters. No wifi but cellular coverage is very good in the area so wifi is not missed. Property is around 100-200 meters from road so be ready for a stroll. The path can be bit hard for elderly. The open courtyard is the best place to unwind, bonfire & spend time. Vivek is a great host & a wonderful chef. He is very knowledgeable about the place. Everyone at the property does best to make stay comfortable. All the best & hope to vist again.
