We wanted the location and view. There was just two of us - so it was expensive but for a family- well worth it.

We absolutely loved our stay. Every detail was phenomenal and we were blown away with the place!! Totally recommend this place!!

Wonderful rural place with a great view of one of Newfoundland’s many bays. Great place for peace and quiet. Up a long peninsula (Newfoundland has many). Probably about a half hour from the Trans-Canada Highway, along the road to Twillingate, about 45 min away. Highly recommended!

A great place and location. Close to Grandfalls, and other areas. Right across from Exploits River, close to walking/hiking. Beautiful place, and value!

Such a lovely and spacious home! Though our stay was short, we would have loved to stay longer. Nice bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and multiple bathrooms makes for a great option for a group! I was grateful for the clear instructions for check in/out and very much appreciated the easy communication with our hosts. A real gem! Would stay here again in a heartbeat :)

Fabulous place and Marie was great to communicate with. The house has lots of room for fun in the basement rec room. The kitchen is well appointed with lots of windows for natural light. All 3 bedrooms are a good size and the bathroom is always bright during the day due to the skylight in the ceiling...so cool! The decor is very relaxed and welcoming. There are great views of the cove and the house is a short distance to all that Twillingate has to offer. Please be aware that the the house is up a steep hill. If you have any mobility issues, this is not the place for you. However, if you have a car, the parking is very near to the house and on a level area. We were fortunate to visit in peak iceburg season. There were so many around and sooo amazing to see! They look different from every side. You would think you're looking at different iceburgs. Highly recommend taking the Iceburg Quest boat rour. They get you nice and close with lots of opportunities for pictures.

A wonderful oceanfront location, much more scenic than King's Point, 20 km away. The large house was clean and the best stocked of any rental I've stayed in, games, DVDs, kitchen supplies and even some food and treats. Very fast Internet. Only a short distance from a spectacular coastal hike. Really great value too. Pro tip - we turned around the light sofa in front of the window to savor the oceanfront - just make sure to replace it so the cleaner doesn't have to move it alone. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Beautiful home with incredible views, so peaceful. This home had everything that we needed, was clean and host was very responsive. We felt right at home!

This location is worth the drive off the main highway. Felt so at home. Everything was there that you might need in a home. Beautifully decorated. Many walks along the beach right outside the door. Grocery/liquor/pharmacy nearby. This is a gem and was perfect for the last leg of our holiday. Andrea is very quick to answer any questions or inquiries. There’s a variety of games, and table tennis too. Thank you so much!

This house was cute, cozy, and felt like home. Erin was fast with responding to any message I had sent. We loved how there were boardgames to use, a yard to play in, big kitchen with just about everything you can think of. Lots of seating and beds. Personally, my favourite part was getting up early, perking a coffee, going out and relaxing on the back deck in those comfy lounger chairs and listening to the sounds of birds and nature before we started each mornings activities. It's close to so many things like dollarstore, gas station with little attached cafe, touristy things and walking trail.

This property has been wonderfully updated throughout. The quality of materials and the attention to design detail are noticeable throughout the entire house. We were a small group of 3, but this would make a wonderful place for your extended family gathering. Lots of icebergs and whales in the area during the season!!

So peaceful and quiet. Our first night the weather was lovely-we sat on the deck watched the sunset and listened to the waves, wind and birds. Place was very spacious, new and clean.

Gorgeous home with a beautiful view! The house is well designed, well stocked, and comfortable. We loved all of the outside seating areas, particularly the firepit overlooking the water. You're within walking distance of shops and restaurants but are set back enough that it doesn't feel busy. Twillingate was even more beautiful than we anticipated (icebergs galore!) and this house added to our enjoyment of the town.

Cute little place. Easy to find. Only stayed one night. Everything you need is there. Loved playing games and listening to records. What a treat!! Very peaceful.

We wished we could of stayed longer. This place was stunning with a beautiful hot tub, fire place and a spectacular view of the ocean and gull island. We bought snow crab from the local fish factory and watched the sunset on our final night. I would highly recommend staying at Holly’s cottage.

We highly recommend this spot, which exceeded our expectations. The comfortable beds, cleanliness, and peaceful atmosphere made for a wonderful stay. Our three girls had a blast, and we'll definitely return next year. The added amenities of kayaks, a hot tub, and a fire pit with a beautiful view were a delight.

Beautiful little cabin. Our children really enjoyed the playground area and we really enjoyed the fire pit!

Staying at Paul's was the most amazing thing for my whole trip. Playing some pool, having BBQ hanging out with friends and relaxing in a room with wonderful view recharged us from exhausting weekdays. Paul is really kind introducing his house and closing landscapes. We had a great time there!

Hard to find accessible accommodations. The Eagle worked great for us. Our son loved it and he wants to go back.
