The center of Fredrikstad and the college are only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. I want all guests to feel welcome and at home. The heart of the house is the open living room and kitchen. The home has two bathrooms, one on each floor. They are older in standard, but fully functional and practical during your stay. Outside you will find a large garden and nice outdoor areas. The house is not newly renovated, and the standard is somewhat basic in some places. In return, you get plenty of space and a great location

The apartment also has a sunny outdoor area for use. The host is available for assistance and guidance. We are fluent in English, German and French.

The area has many greenlungs to enjoy. Close to footballcourts, tennis, golf, camping, swimmingpool outdoor. The old fortress, foodshoops and plenty more.

Quiet and nice area. Low traffic. Public parking in the street in marked places, for a fee 8 am to 6 pm on weekdays, until 3 pm Saturday and free on public holidays.
