I had a pleasant stay here. The place was clean, well-maintained, and matched the pictures accurately. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The microwave was generally clean but had some small crumbs around the plate — nothing major. Overall, it was a comfortable and smooth stay. Thank you for hosting!

Edith‘s little apparent is great. I stayed in Jakarta for work. Thamrin Residence has great facilities, pool, fitness, and laundry. Just 5 min walk from Grand Indonesia. Edith has been a fantastic host. I will definitely return!

Great place to stay in central Jakarta! The apartment was clean, fully equipped, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view was amazing, and the location was super convenient — we could walk to the mall and other nearby spots. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Stephanie is absolutely incredible. Always quick to respond and her staff delivers any requested items within the hour (sometimes within minutes). One of the most responsive host. Was very impressed. The condo complex itself was brilliant. For an 8 year old condo it was extremely well maintained and well staffed. The outdoor swimming pool was not heated but was not cold even on days when it just rained. The gym was decent and had everything for a standard workout. Indoor swimming pool was warm ish. The lifts was always fast and well ventilated. The lobby was nice and cool and plenty of comfy seats. The place itself was fantastic. High pressure hot water. A ok size bath tub. Toilets flushed well. 3 very cold air con. Internet speed measured 30-40mbps download. Fast enough for a child on constant Roblox and Netflix. Washing machine and fridge were both looking new. The floor was high and the view was of the swimming pool. Walking distance to 3 malls which was amazingly convenient.

It was an enjoyable stay for us and the owner is very helpful and responsive. Glad that he is also flexible and willing to support us for our long stay in his house. I feel like living in our own house. Many thanks to Mr Felix who is the owner of the house.

An excellent place to stay. The house has everything that we need, including good air conditioning and wifi (fast fibre, generally very reliable). The host is very good: one of the best that we know. She is quick to respond to problems and requests. We are grateful that she gave us 3 days free because of our long stay in 2022. Be aware that the house is in a residential neighbourhood so you will have the normal sorts of noises for an area like this. Note especially that the house shares walls with the houses on either side, and behind, so sometimes you may hear repairs from these houses. We had very bad luck during our long stay in 2023 because the neighbours next door did noisy renovations for more than five weeks. We had to leave the house every day (even Sunday). It was difficult because the neighbour and the workmen gave wrong information:first they said that it was one day, then one week etc! However, these renovations are finished and we have made another long booking for 2024.

The place is very strategic for those who want an event on ice, it can be reached by 8 minutes from ice bsd. The house is homey, clean, tidy, and fragrant. Amenities and complete equipment as described, the host is also very friendly and helpful. You can check in early if you don't occupy before. Next if there is an event on ice lg we will definitely stay here again. Thank you ma'am yulita and sir andri~

Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! Fair price, clean & good location. Easy check in and friendly host. Our request for early check in was also fulfilled by Adrian. Some parts of the apartment need a bit of renovation (kitchen sink and also the floor below the sofa), but still a very good accomodation for the price in the central location of Jakarta.

The apartment is very nice and cozy. It is also very spacious, has two bathrooms, one with a tub, and another with a shower. Two bedrooms, a living/dining/kitchen area and a separate laundry room. It is clean and well-equipped. There was a water dispenser, so we didn't need to buy it in the store, which was very kind of the hosts and very convenient for us. The apartment is connected to the mall which is great too. Mr. Fuad was very kind and met us himself, although there is a self-check in service too. He met us and showed us the apartment, explained some details around the apartment. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
