A living room with a sofa bed and fan, a social bathroom with an electric shower, a dining room, a kitchen and a laundry area. The house does not have electric showers because the peninsula is still in the process of de-annexation. The house has a circuit of cameras in the outdoor area. Located on Galinhos Island/RN, it was designed to be really what its name says, a refuge to rest and practice water sports, kitesurfing and WingFoil, among others in front of the house.
