It has a patio of 37 square meters and is distributed in a living room-kitchen and 2 bedrooms with a bathroom. It's a comfortable and functional house, with the typical seafaring charm. The house is prepared for 4 people, but there is a sofa bed in the living room that allows to accommodate a more person on request and extra price (30€ per night).
