We loved the place to my family and I, very clean, quiet, with easy access to the wet areas and the beach . I get a lot of attention from the excellent security you have, I highly recommend it. And very dear Mrs. Luz, both the owner and the lady who gave us the apartment.

One of the best Airbnb experiences to date! This is a beautiful, spacious, modern apartment with amazing views and equally impressive amenities. The pool area is spacious and a great place to relax. The beach is at your footsteps and the building provides beach chairs. Highly recommend this listing for anyone who wants access to Santa Marta and Tayrona Park while having a bit more space, privacy and quiet than a typical downtown spot. And the Marriott next door is a great option for lunches or dinners, with multiple restaurants to choose from.

The apartment is beautiful, it has a terrace that makes the place a unique and charming space, with a divine sea view, the decoration is very cozy, the place has everything you need to be very comfortable. The building's facilities are nice and the fact that it's next to the shopping mall makes everything very easy, supermarket and restaurant right next door. The beach just two blocks away. We loved it and can't wait to come back.

The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Enough beds, balcony to enjoy breakfast. I liked that it had enough water pressure and the heater worked perfectly. Reserva del Mar offers amenities in very good condition and the staff is excellent, from the security staff that welcomes you, the pool staff, the reception staff, everyone. I definitely recommend the place. I am a frequent traveler on this platform and you don't always feel comfortable in an apartment like you do in this one. When I return to Santa Marta, my stay is guaranteed in Reserva del Mar. Thanks.

new, clean and comfortable

First time in Santa Marta and I absolutely loved it! This place is definitely worth it and it is really nice. I would recommend to everyone.

The suite was exactly as shown in the photos: very nice, comfortable and with everything you need for a perfect stay. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The kitchen is very well equipped, all the spaces were impeccable and well thought out, with excellent amenities. The host was very kind, always attentive and responded promptly to all our questions. The location is excellent, in a quiet area and steps from a spectacular beach. We would definitely come back!

It was really good we enjoyed the stay

The house is very nice, the furniture is new , it is one block from the beach in a very good sector. In high season you should have patience why it travels a lot of tourist through the sector. it has a caregiver who is very attentive to order, toilet of the mini set. is removed from the rodadero and that helps not feel harassed with so much vendor in the beach area. it has a shopping center 10 minutes walk away and an Olympic two blocks away this is a great advantage not to take out the vehicles in high season that Santa Marta becomes heavy in mobility in the holiday season.

Impeccable experience with them

We loved our stay at this beautiful house located in the center of Santa Marta. The location was ideal for walking to the lively area near Parque de los Novios. It was far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful, which allowed us a good night's sleep. The outdoor space is perfect! We look forward to coming back one day!

The house is beautiful, as in the photos, the administrator was very good she helped us with messengers, restaurants, but as for the beach it is far from the house not as proposed in the photos, the commerce is very retired from the house, I recommend the place when it takes its own car, otherwise it becomes a little strenuous to pay for vehicles to go to buy food or when other things are needed, in general everything is super well, I have the house in its very complete interior, comfortable and cozy

My partner and I found Selva Minca to be a magical paradise. All the staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and even accommodated flexibly our super late and slightly complicated arrival when we faced trouble with flight cancellations, delays etc. It feels like a little community rather than an anonymous hotel. The food is very nice also, it’s especially a refreshing change to a somewhat basic rural Colombian cuisine ;-) The cabins are located directly in the jungle, so do expect to live and sleep in the jungle with all its relaxing and interesting sounds and animals. We loved it. The whole place truly seemed to care about the eco-tourism idea, not like many other hotels that just use the name but don’t really live by this standard. To get into Minca town, it’s a relaxing 20 minute walk down the main road, or a 5000 COP moto-taxi that only takes around 5 minutes. Also, from Selva Minca, many other hikes are possible, to waterfalls, cocoa farms, etc. We will surely be back!

This apartment is immaculatel. It was super clean, had everything necessary for a great stay including many little touches most Airbnb's do not have. the bed is comfortable, everything was in good working condition, the host that met me was very helpful and friendly. I plan to return on my next visit to Colombia and I highly recommend this apartment.

I traveled with my family (my husband and 3 children) and we loved it. The apartment is a duplex, nice and very comfortable. Excellent location, you can leave the apartment elevator and a few meters away you have the shopping center with absolutely everything you need during your stay: supermarket, pharmacies, variety of restaurants, coffee, hairdresser and spa, boutiques... in short, everything at your fingertips. Zazué square is very nice and safe. Andrea responds very quickly and is always willing to assist in everything. We would definitely like to come to this nice place when we return to Santa Marta

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Santa Marta, Colombia! The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the beach, and offering stunning views. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It had a great kitchen and was well-equipped with three working AC units, which kept everything cool and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Wilson, along with Hilda, were incredibly kind and always available to assist with anything we needed. Nearby, there were plenty of restaurants and a few supermarket for any essentials. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

David’s apartment was the perfect place for our stay — clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. The space felt welcoming and well cared for, with thoughtful touches that made a big difference. The location was great, with easy access to beaches and restaurants, public transit, etc.], and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. David was a fantastic host responsive, friendly, and respectful of our privacy. Highly recommended — I’d definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful apartment overlooking the ocean. You walk outside & you're literally on the beach. Playa Salguero is a great place to swim. You also get to be around the local fisherman which is nice The apartment is very comfortable and Pedro is a great host. Very responsive. About a 15 minute drive to Santa Marta. Gathering at sunset is a beautiful part of the experience.

Sunset view from balcony is priceless!! Very functional for long term stay. Great pool & gym amenities. Avoid staying during Semana Santa (Easter Holy Week), building overrun with tourists, a total zoo. Host was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

To start the apartment and the residential complex as such SPECTACULAR!! Juan Carlos and the staff in Santa Marta were very friendly from the beginning, being aware of the whole family even of the dogs. They helped us in every aspect so that the stay was as comfortable as possible. In addition, we travel early and managed in the best way to manage to deliver the apartment ahead of time for our greater comfort. 100%RECOMMENDED
