A 70-year-old house built in Fukushima Prefecture, a 7-minute walk from Kido Station on the Hama-dori Joban Line.During the demolition of many disaster homes during the earthquake, we are working to regenerate and utilize this place as a base for local community interactions, including those who live in the area, work, and advocate. This old house is a private home where interaction is born. From this place, to a private home (minka) where "Co-" is born together with various people. With this in mind, we named it Co-minka, a combination of the Japanese words for "coexistence" and "minka" (traditional house). Although the old house is not fully equipped, I hope you can get to know the life of this land while feeling the charm of the 70-year-old house.
