We are happy to welcome you in our small, cozy 35sqm apartment. It can accommodate three people. In 2019 we completely renovated and refurbished the apartment. It includes a nearly fully equipped kitchen with dining area and TV, an open-plan sleeping alcove with double and single beds, and a bathroom with bathtub. Through the front door you have direct access to the large terrace. Washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee on request, in a separate laundry room.

We bought the farm 12 years ago and have been building, gardening, and living here very happily ever since, despite all the work that still needs to be done. Situated on the top floor of an energetically renovated house in a quiet residential area, this holiday flat promises not only comfort, but also a wonderful view over the Odenwald.

The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.
