This newly renovated apartment, with a small balcony, designer bathroom and a new kitchen, will definitely give you a special feeling of being at home. Nicely located in Berlin Charlottenburg (city centre west) close to Messe ICC the Kantstrasse, and the highway A100 it is quit near to all highlights in Berlin. A nice way to discover the neighbourhood is to walk around; you'll find some very nice small stores, pubs, cafés and restaurants. Make yourself at home and feel like being a Berliner!

Extensive remodelling in 2020 and furnishing in a classical style in keeping with the period in which the house was built (around 1900). The high ceilings create an elegant and relaxed atmosphere.
