Hello! My family and I stayed for 10 days at the home of hosts Carolina and Whellington. House with great structure according to the listing. Sanitized and well-packaged bed and bath linens are available. The beach is so close, it's almost in the backyard. We are still grateful for the kindness and availability of the hosts who welcomed us very well. We recommend and look forward to coming back soon.

I, my husband and our 2 kittens were very well received by Marlene. The house is great, with a very pleasant atmosphere. Close to the beaches. Quiet street, silence and safety. We felt at home. We will definitely be back!

Very attentive and well-mannered host, she responded quickly to everything. The apartment is excellent, less than a 1-minute walk to the beach, great restaurants nearby, pharmacy and other essential shops. Everything is very clean and organized, large rooms, bathroom with new showers, full kitchen, service area and beach chairs. It's definitely a place I'd easily stay again.

The apartment matches the photos. It faces the beach and is cozy. Renata as a host is wonderful (proactive, always responds quickly and gives tips on places in the region). It's worth it.

Mr. Marcos has a great place! Very comfortable, close to everything. Very attentive, providing support for questions and great recommendations for places!! Clean place with a great bed and cotton sheets 🙏🏼 The only detail that is not a bad thing, but in my opinion bothered me a little, was the protective screen that hinders the view and prevents you from appreciating such a beautiful... I highly recommend the space.

The flat is exactly as shown in the photos, the view from the balcony is sensational, the kitchen has the necessary items to make quick meals. the air conditioning is very cold. The only thing I didn't like was the bedding, especially the blankets, which didn't seem so clean. That's the only observation, but nothing that would hinder the stay. The pharmacy and mini market in the building helped a lot, the organization of the beach and cleaning is also something to be praised. Lastly, I felt at home.

The apartment is beautiful, new, we felt at home. Wonderful view and great location. The host is always very attentive and helpful. We recommend the location and we certainly hope to return soon.

It was an amazing experience staying at Hélia's house... I recommend it with all my heart. Restaurants nearby, impeccable house, beaches a few meters away, gated community and much more... There are not enough compliments to give the house and Hélia...

Great experience! Very nice space, close to everything! The village is clean and with all the necessary utensils. The receptionist, a super nice and friendly person, treated us very well. About the check-in, super flexible because I had an unforeseen event and Wilson solved it, granting us the space earlier. Super quiet place, clean pool and perfect view on the rooftop! I'd come back more often.

Internally with very airy spaces, rooms with excellent quality bed and bath linens. Amanda takes very good care of the guests. I booked Ana Paula's place for the weekend as I was visiting Vila Velha for a wedding. The apartment is beautiful and spotless, just like the photos. I loved waking up in the morning and seeing the beach. There were also restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby so very convenient. Communication and instructions prior to arrival were also great. I would highly recommend Ana Paula's place and would stay again if I return to Vila Velha.

We especially loved the location, I would definitely come back. The apartment is very nice. It seems that the view brings peace into the house. I suggested changing the room fan that had a broken foot. Some kitchen utensils are in need of renewal, they are worn out. The beds are normal size, and the air-conditioning worked very well, one of the bathrooms was very small.
