Carefully renovated, the house offers: 2 comfortable bedrooms 1 modern bathroom, 1 bright and spacious living area, 1 fenced garden, deck chairs, barbecue, etc. Less than 20 minutes from the famous castles of Bonaguil and Biron

A 100 metres away there is an electric car charging station. A 3 minute walk away are many amenities and especially a farmer’s market on Thursdays. A 4 minute drive away is a shopping center with a Leclerc supermarket and various other stores like Gifi Action, a petrol station and a mechanic. The Lot à Lustrac Trentels is 13 minutes by car. Our apartment is on the river with many places to fish. The train station is a 10 minute walk away and goes to Agen. The hospital is 25 minutes away.

Many possible activities: canoeing, Gabares rides on the Dordogne, castles, villages, caves, museums, restaurants, flea markets... etc.

The entire property, including the spa, sauna, steam room, patio, and pool, is not shared with other people. Amenities usable all year round: Grand Spa Jacuzzi covered T° adjustable from 30° to 40°, hammam, sauna. Terrace not overlooked. 14-meter heated pool, open from early May to late October. The price shown includes cleaning, as well as the provision of bed sheets, towels, and bathrobes. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests are allowed)

Old Farmhouse for 2 to 12 people

As you step into the cottage, you'll first encounter the kitchen featuring a charming handmade 4-meter wooden table and complete amenities. Ascend the stairs to the second floor housing a cozy lounge area and bedrooms. The lounge offers comfortable seating, including super big floor cushions. There are two bedrooms with single beds and two with queen-sized beds. Additionally, the bathroom on this floor features toilets, showers, and two wash basins.

An ideal place to unwind, where calm and serenity accompany your stay. You can enjoy your breakfasts in a fully private garden, with soothing views of the Dordogne and the old bridge. A separate entrance gives you complete freedom, and direct access to the towpath. ⚠️ Please note: the accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility (steps to access the bathroom and toilet). In the garden, the neighbor's cats are strolling around.
