😴The private flat on the lower ground floor accommodates up to 6 guests and 1 pet. There are 2 bedrooms, one has a bunk bed and the other has a double bed while in between the bedrooms there is a living room with two individual beds (mattresses measure 200cm in length). The rental unit has its own bathroom (sink, shower, bath, toilet), garden area with hammocks, terrace with a table/chairs, heating, high speed Wi-Fi, 32" flat screen TV, duvets/pillows, fans, blankets, bed linings and towels.

I had a nice stay in Elena's house. Friendly family. Comfortable and cool (in June) room, very clean and we'll equipped. Save neighborhood, easy parking, few minutes walking to Renfe station, from there, less than 30 minutes, you will be in Madrid central. Good option for short or long stay. Recommended.

Laura is charming, very friendly and proactive. We arrived earlier than planned in the area and he was very flexible to adjust the times and be able to check in early. The area is very quiet and safe, perfect for resting. The room and bathroom are impeccable and the common areas are very comfortable, with everything you need to prepare something quick at home and have a good coffee. It's very easy to find parking in front of the house. We would definitely come back!
