Living Space - smart TV for streaming netflix, disney, prime etc. There is no daily housekeeping. If you need extra towels, we can supply them for an additional fee. A small courtesy amenities kit is included at check in, but as this is a self serviced apartment, you’ll need to restock anything you require during your stay. A high-chair and travel cot (linen for bedding not included) are available upon request in the room for an extra fee. The cost for the duration of the stay is €25 for the pack and play crib and €15 for the high chair. Property sleeps max 3 people. Do not accept parties/gatherings/ Bachelorette and Bachelor parties. This property is strictly non smoking. You will have private access to the entire apartment, the entrance, and internal stairs and lift of the building is shared with residents of the building. You are welcome to smoke outside, do not throw any ash or buts on the floor or over the balcony.

In the terrace area, there is a large Balinese bed (180x180), a heated Jacuzzi with night lighting, and a seating area where you can relax while reading a book or enjoying a cocktail. The apartment has two bedrooms with ocean views. One of them is completely glazed, thus creating a spacious and bright space. Both the living room windows and those in the two bedrooms have automatic opaque blinds to create privacy between one area and another at bedtime. The two beds in the bedrooms are 150x190 with good firm mattresses and viscoelastic foam. Each bed has two memory foam pillows and two regular pillows. The apartment features two complete bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom. The showers are walk-in, and the water falls from the ceiling like rain. The sinks are made of natural stone. There is a bean bag area ideal for relaxing while watching the Smart TV with Netflix. You can watch all the TV channels from your country. You can also take the TV off the wall and turn it around to watch it from the couch. The white natural linen sofa turns into a large bed measuring 160x200. The WiFi is high speed. The air conditioning is provided by Airzone, allowing you to control the ideal temperature in each area of the apartment. The designer kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, and you can cook any dish in it. It has an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, induction stovetop, washer/dryer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, blender, juicer, etc. Ideal for families, couples and travelers looking to enjoy the beach, cuisine and Mediterranean lifestyle. Coziest apartment in Playa Los Bolishes? This beautiful little penthouse of 40 sqm has a fantastic roof terrace with a glimpse of the sea and one of the best locations in Fuengirola! The apartment is on topfloor with a lift. The private roof terrace is perfect, about 25 square meters with sun all day and evening. The apartment is located just by the beach and all restaurants. Out of respect for my lovely neighbours this is not an apartment for parties, it´s for peace and tranquility.
